Recipe: For the chicken popcorn: Marinate 250 gms boneless chicken cubes with salt ,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp pepper powder,pinch of sugar,1tsp ginger paste,1tsp garlic paste and 2 tsp white vinegar for atleast 1 hour. Its absolutely fine if the chicken is marinated for more than an hour or even a day before and kept in refrigerator. Rice: Soak around two cups of basmati rice 45 minutes prior to cooking.Heat enough water in a vessel (more than double the quantity of rice) .Add a cinnamon stick , some cloves,a bay leaf and 2-3 cardomom.Here i added elaichi powder as I didnt have whole cardomom at home.When water comes to a boil ,add rice and cook on high flame till done..Strain and keep aside. For the curry: Saute 2 chopped onions till brown. Add 1 tsp each of ginger garllic paste ,1tsp red chilli powder,half tsp garam masala powder.Mix well.(I didnt use any coriander or cumin powder in this recipe,however u may add if u wish to do so).Add 2 tbsp of beaten curd...cook till oil separated ...add salt to taste. For the popcorn coating: Take 4-5 tbsp of white flour...add 1 tbsp sesame seeds(till),salt,pinch of sugar,1/2 tsp chilli powder,half tsp mixed herbs. 2 beaten eggs Dip the marinated chicken cubes in the beaten egg ,then coat it with the flour mix ,repeat the process once again and fry till crisp.. Finally , in a bowl add some gravy...layer it up with some rice and then some more gravy and rice...place the popcorn on top... I have just shown one bowl here..however the entire thing was good enough to serve atleast three people.

Heres the recipe of chatpata naan.. For the Naan: Maida: 1.5 cup Salt to taste ,mixed herbs:1/2 tsp(mix these three ingredients together) Make a well in the centre, add 2 tbsp curd,1/2 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp baking soda and 2 tsp oil...mix these things with curd..when curd starts bubbling mis it with maida mixture...add water and make a smooth dough..let it rest for an hour.. For the veg patty: Heat som e oil in a pan..add mustard seeds..let it splutter..add boiled veggies like carrots beans peas and chopped capsicum.add 1 tsp coriander powder and half tsp each of turmeric ,chilli, amchur and chat masala...salt to taste...add 2 boiled and mashed potato...mix everything together and and let it cool..shape into patty.. Add 1/2 tsp each of chat masala and chilli powder and 1 tsp ketchup to 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Roll the dough into naan and cook on grill pan and assemble as shown in the video...
