Step 2: Take two cups of boiled rice and add chopped beans, carrot and capsicum to it. Step 3: Then add 1 tbsp cumin (jeera), half spoon red chilli powder and some salt as per taste. Mix well. Step 4: Mash a boiled potato in the mixture and make flat circular cutlets out of them Heat a pan with 2 big spoons of oil in it. Step 5: Fry the cutlets in medium heat for 3-4 minutes, flip it and fry it again for 3-4 minutes. There you go! Yummy Vegetable Rice Cutlets are ready!

Step 3: Now add 1 cup of gram (dal) and roast well by adding some oil from the top. Step 4: Now add water to make a semi-solid batter. Step 5: Roll and make circular portions of the batter and cook it on a pan on with medium heat just like normal paranthas. Step 6: After some time, flip it over and cook again. Appetizing dal paranthas are ready. Then finely chop onion for shallow fry along with ginger, coriander and garlic. Step 2: Now mix a cup of arhar dal, two cups of water, 1 tsp turmeric and half spoon of red chilli powder together and boil it for 20 to 25 minutes. Then add the chopped mangoes into the above mixture and cover the vessel with a lid for 5 to 7 minutes. Step 3: Now fry mustard, leaf cody (kadi patta), 3-4 red chillies, finely chopped ginger and garlic in a vessel filled with 1 tbsp of oil. Then add finely chopped onion, a pinch of asafoetida (hing), half a spoon red chilli powder and half a spoon of turmeric. Step 4: When the onion turns a little brown, add boiled gram (dal) and mix it with the fried ingredients. (tadka) Add some salt as per your taste and garnish with some coriander leaves. Delicious Mango Dal is ready to be served nice and hot.

Add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of grinded cumin seeds (jeera) and gram flour to this mixture. Step 3: Add water and make a soft semi-solid mixture. Apply some oil to your fingers and start making circular, flattened portions of the mixture. Step 4: Place these portions on some corn flour and flip it over on both sides. Press it nicely so that the flour sticks onto the portions property. Fry the portions on the pan for 3 to 4 minutes in 2-3 spoons of oil. Flip it over and fry it again for the same time. Hot and delicious poha patties is ready to be served with green chutney or ketchup.

Then mash a boiled potato and mix it well with coriander powder, turmeric, asafoetida (hing), amchoor, cumin powder (jeera) along with the finely chopped ginger, green chillies and coriander. Step 2: Now take a slice of bread, cut the sides off, soak it in water and drain the water by pressing the bread slice nicely. Then add the potato mixture and make rolls out of it. Step 3: To make the batter, take a cup of gram flour (besan) and add red chilli powder, turmeric and asafoetida (hing). Mix it well by adding water and create a loose semi-liquid batter. Step 4: Now dip the rolls into the batter and deep fry it in a pan until they become golden brown. Step 3: Now add finely chopped onion and fry it all together. Step 4: Now add half a spoon of turmeric and half a spoon of red chilli powder. Step 5: Now add chopped potatoes and mix well. Then add 2 tbsp water and cover the vessel. Step 6: Cook the potatoes on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Step 7: Now open the vessel, add salt as per your taste and half a cup of curd. Step 8: Now keep heating the ingredients by stirring and mixing it well. Tasty Potato Curd Masala is ready to be served hot!

Step 2: Now fry Cumin seeds and Asafoetida (Hing) in a pan filled with 2-3 spoons of oil. Step 3: Now add chopped chilies and tomatoes and fry the entire mixture. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Step 4: Fry this mixture for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat. Step 5: Now add cut boiled potatoes, some salt as per taste, some garam masala and fry it for 5 minutes. Step 6: Pour half liter water and cook the entire mixture for 5 to 7 minutes until the water boils along with some dried mango powder. Garnish with some chopped green coriander leaves.
