This #MothersDay, treat yourself and your kids to these fun to make Fruit Lollies, made out of fresh fruits and B Natural Juices that come from fruit pulp, not from concentrate. I have great fun making these recipes with my son little chef Viaan -Raj, you can too with your kids and their friends #TastyThursday #SwasthRahoMastRaho  Ingredients: Mixed Fruit, Lychee & Fresh Pomegranate Seeds: 1 cup B Natural Lychee Juice 1 cup B Natural Mixed Fruit Juice 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves 4 tsp. pomegranate seeds (2 tsp. in each lolli) Mango, Fresh Orange & Mint: 1 cup B Natural Mango Juice ¼ tsp. cinnamon powder 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves 4 Orange segments (2 segments in each lolli) Directions: Mixed Fruit, Lychee & Fresh Pomegranate Seeds: In a jar, add B Natural Lychee Juice, B Natural Mixed Fruit Juice, fresh mint leaves and mix. Now, add fresh pomegranate seeds in the base of a mould. Then, add the juice mixture into the mould. Mango, Fresh Orange & Mint: In a jar, add B Natural Mango juice, cinnamon powder, mint leaves and mix. Now, add fresh orange segments the base of a mould. Then, add the juice mixture into the mould. Freeze the lollies for around 2 hours. Squeeze the lollies out from the mould carefully, they are now ready to eat. Satiate your sweet cravings with this super easy, super yum and super healthy recipe! It is high in protein, contains all the essential fats and is loaded with antioxidants that are great for your skin and hair. The best part is that you can make them in a jiffy! #TastyThursday #SwasthRahoMastRaho Here is the entire Recipe Ingredients:  200 gms jaggery roughly chopped  ½ cup pistachios roasted  ½ cup almonds roasted  ½ cup sunflower seeds  ½ tsp. elaichi powder  1 tsp. saunf finely crushed  2 tbsp. white sesame seeds  ½ tsp. salt  1 tbsp. black sesame seeds for garnish Directions:  In a wok, over the medium flame, add jaggery and let it melt. Make sure there are no lumps.  Once the jaggery starts changing the color, add pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds, elachi powder, saunf and mix well.  Then, add sesame seeds and mix.  Add salt and mix.  Shut the flame and immediately pour the mixture to the stainless-steel thali greased with ghee to avoid hardening the chikki.  With the help of spatula, spread over the thali, garnish with black sesame seeds.  Grease the knife with the ghee and mark so that it comes out easily once set.  Once set, serve and satiate your sweet cravings. The summers are about to bid goodbye. Let's give it a farewell party with this healthy and tasty recipe! A good looking dish, this ones going to keep you fresh and full. A favourite with kids, enjoy this recipe and stay cool. #TastyThursday #SwasthRahoMastRaho Recipe Ingredients • ¾ cup greek yogurt • 1 tsp vanilla essence • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder • 2 tsp of agave syrup • 1 alphonso mango puree Directions: • In a bowl, add greek yogurt, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder, agave syrup and mix well. • Take mango puree, and with the help of a strainer, strain the puree to make sure there are no strings of mango left. • Now, take a mould and add a layer of mango puree, then add 2 layers of yogurt and again add a layer of mango puree and do the same with rest of the lollies. • Place the lollies in the freezer for 4 hours to set. • After 4 hours, once the lollies are set, squeeze the lollies out of the mould carefully, they are now ready to eat. Get ready for a succulent and absolutely delish recipe that has always been one of my favourites! Low carb, a pure source of high-quality protein and loaded with signature taste thanks to Nutralite. It has 0% Cholesterol, rich in Omega 3 and is great for your brain eyes and heart Ingredients: 2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. Garlic & Oregano Nutralite 2 spring onions sliced 1 ½ tsp garlic 1 ½ tbsp. leek 1 red chilli deseeded 2 tsp. soya sauce ½ tsp. vinegar 1 ½ tsp. honey 300 gms prawns Salt as per taste Black pepper as per taste 2 -3 strands of fresh thyme 2- 3 strands of fresh oregano 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 Tbsp. parsley Directions: Place a pan over a medium high flame, once the pan is hot, add oil, Garlic & Oregano Nutralite, spring onions and sauté for a minute. Add garlic, leek and sauté until slightly brown. Then add chilli & mix. Add prawns to the pan and cook over a high flame, prawns have high amounts of moisture content which makes it rubbery if cooked on low flame. In a bowl, add soya sauce, vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper and mix. Add the mixture to the prawns and cook until the prawns’ curl or for 5 mins. Add thyme, oregano, lemon juice, parsley and mix. Shut the flame and transfer it to the serving bowl, garnish with some more parsley and serve hot.
