Cooking 1000 RIVER WORM in Vietnam - Crispy FULL river WORM - Vietnam street food

10:32
River worm, aka, “Rươi”, is living brackish waters in the North, usually only appear in the rainy season, late September, early October. Rươi are considered a source of nutritious and valuable food because River worm only appears seasonally, in a very short time, they are the protein-rich, effective to improve health. Fishermen catch river worm when they appear en masse following a rising tide, floating on the surface of the water in the spawning season in late September or early October. River worm dishes are so delicious, but if anyone has saw Rươi alive for 1 time, which is not easy to be unafraid. Rươi look like leech hybrid centipede, they are many legs, mushy soft body, with all colors: blue, red, yellow, gray, thick stripes in the layer of viscosity as glue and the unpleasant fishy smell. Ruoi spend much of their short lives in brackish water burrowing into the sand or mud. Their hue changes from pinkish purple when young to milky brown as they mature. When the bellies fill with a milky fluid, it is time for the ruoi to depart for the spawning grounds. From River worm, aka, “Rươi”, the skillful homemaker prepare a lot of delicious food, distinct flavor characteristics such as Rươi ball, Rươi sauce, Rươi boil, Rươi rolls, Rươi cooked with brine, Rươi fried with bamboo sprouts or turnips, Rươi soup… Follow me on facebook for more street food video: https://www.facebook.com/RawStreetCapture101/

Villagers Cooking Traditional Khmer Foods at Chhviang Village | Asian Village Food Cook in Cambodia

25:06
It's my great day to visit Chhviang village on the day the villagers gathering to cook traditional foods for their village festival and bring foods to pagoda. In a small concrete house with zinc roof that villagers built as Sala Chhor Tean (free resting place for everyone and for villager's gathering). All women are cooking when all men are sitting with some tea chit-chatting. The old lady on thumbnail is the main cook/chef. They cooked samlor machou youn (mixed vegetable with fish soup) & cook steamed rice in big soup pans that could be enough for the whole village. It's good to see them work together cooking this foods. They laughed and helped each other very well. The kids played jumping the rubber string (elastic jump robe game) under tamarind trees while their parents cooking. This location at Chhviang village, Chhviang commune, Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province. Some part of this district is now part of Phnom Penh city. please enjoy video. 1 Day CAMBODIAN STREET FOOD TOUR - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner in Phnom Penh, Cambodia!

18:57
Subscribe for more videos► http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe T-shirts for sale here► https://migrationology.com/store/ On this Cambodian street food tour in Phnom Penh, I’m taking you on a one day tour to eat authentic Khmer breakfast lunch and dinner in a single day. Cambodian Breakfast - 7 am There are plenty of dishes you can eat for breakfast in Cambodia, but nothing is as popular or widely available as a dish called bai sach chrouk, grilled thin strips of marinated pork over broken rice with pickles and soup on the side. It’s a simple combination, but a plate for breakfast is extremely satisfying. Price - 3,500 KHR ($0.84) Cambodian Lunch - 11:30 am Just outside of Psar Chas (Old Market) in Phnom Penh, you’ll find an abundance of colorful Khmer street food stall that serve all sorts of grilled river fish, and a huge selection of different dishes to choose from. While most locals get their food for takeaway, a kind lady offered us a seat in front of her house to sit down and eat. It was an amazing and extremely local Cambodian food lunch. The grilled fish and the parhok were my favorite dishes. Lunch total price - 35,000 KHR ($8.42) Cambodian Dinner - 6:30 pm For Cambodian dinner we decided to eat Cambodian bbq, and it’s a type of restaurant you’re going to want to try when you’re in Cambodia. 34 Langeach Sros is a Cambodian beer garden style restaurant, and they have a pretty good assortment of grilled meats and unique Cambodian delicacies. It was one of the tastiest Cambodian meals I’ve ever had in my life. The ant larvae and goat was amazing, and the eel fried with herbs was outstanding. Thank you to Lina from http://www.movetocambodia.com/ for the recommendation. Total price - $22.88 That completes an authentic tour of Cambodian food in a single day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Chinese Street Food DAN DAN NOODLE Tour in Sichuan, China | INSANELY GOOD and SPICY Szechuan Noodles

16:40
One of the best Chinese street foods you will ever eat in China is the Dan Dan Noodles! Spicy Chinese Dan Dan noodles are the best street food in China! If you love spicy Sichuan food and street food in China, then you're going to love Dan Dan noodles, because they are so flavorful and covered in a rich chili oil! In this Chinese street food video, we're bringing you on a full on Dan Dan noodle tour of Chengdu, China, DEEP in the heart of Sichuan in Southwest China. This is the land of delicious and spicy Sichuan cuisine, sometimes spelled Szechuan cuisine. There are so many famous Sichuan foods to try here in Chengdu, but today, we are trying 4 different variations of Dan Dan noodles, also sometimes called Zajiang noodles. China has so many amazing street foods to try, and I've been filming and documenting them for you for the past 4 years. In my opinion, the best noodle dish in China is dan dan noodles, right here in Chengdu, Sichuan. China has some of the best street food around the world, and these dan dan noodles were INSANELY GOOD, some of the best noodles in China for sure! If you're traveling to China to eat and try different street foods, and perhaps want to learn a little bit about Chinese food and chinese cooking in the process, you need to try a few different variations of Dan Dan noodles. When they prepare the traditional Chinese dan dan noodle recipe right on the street, you can watch as they scoop the main ingredients like chili oil, soy sauce, sichuan peppercorn, and garlic right into the noodle bowl and then place the steaming hot noodles right over top. It's truly satisfying! After they put the noodles over top, they place their signature fried ground pork on top, known in Chinese as shaozi. When your dan dan noodles arrive to your table, it is very important to mix up all the chili oil and all of the ingredients throughout. This ensures that the flavour and the hot oil gets coated onto each noodle before you take a bite. It's also quite satisfying mixing the noodles and watching the dark red oil slowly turn each noodle from white into red and silky smooth. When you take your first bite, you'll understand why this is one of the BEST Chinese street foods you need to try. The spicy noodles are coated with an incredibly aromatic chili oil and really send you straight up to heaven! It's one of the best forms of Chinese cooking! If you are traveling to china and want to find these famous Dan dan noodles, here are the addresses: 1) Dawanmian, AKA big noodle bowl: Restaurant name: 大碗面店 Address: 成都市过街楼街26-6号 2) Deep alleyway dan dan noodles: Restaurant name: 十五栋面店 Address: 成都市西体路7号 3) Street side dan dan noodles in the north of Chengdu: Address: 成都市星辉中路城隍庙街城隍面馆 My neighbourhood noodle joint outside of Chengdu, China 4)Restaurant name: 恋味老面馆 Address: 成都市龙泉驿区龙平路427号 ABOUT THE FOOD RANGER ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My name is Trevor James and I'm a hungry traveler and Mandarin learner that's currently living in Chengdu, Szechuan, China, eating up as much delicious . Village Cambodian Food - AMAZING Cooking Curry Over Fire in Kampong Cham | Travel in Cambodia!

Subscribe for more videos► http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe T-shirts for sale here► https://migrationology.com/store/ During my trip to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I was looking to visit a village nearby to do some cooking and eating and learn about the culture. So after doing some research, I came across OBT Chiro Village in Kampong Cham, not too far away from Phnom Penh. Although by distance it was quite close, because the roads are not fantastic, it takes about 2 hours to arrive. We arrived at about 8 am. The OBT Chiro Village is sponsored by a local Cambodian NGO that educates and empowers children in the village. And they have helped to bring electricity and running water to the village, that sits along the banks of the Mekong River, not far from Kampong Cham, Cambodia. We were greeted by our host family, and as soon as we arrived, we headed over to the main Kampong Cham market to do some shopping for the Cambodian food cooking we were going to do. The market was fantastic, huge, but friendly, and stocked full of fresh ingredients and lots and lots of fruit. The prices were so cheap as well. We bought many of the supplies we needed. After a fully loaded tuk tuk ride back to Chiro Village to start cooking! Along with a couple of different Cambodian dishes, the main dish the family cooked was Khmer curry, a mixture of spices and herbs, pounded into a paste, and cooked along with coconut milk and both pork and chicken. The curry was not very spicy, but had a wonderful lemongrass flavor, and the fresh coconut milk was fantastic. It was a great experience, and we had an amazing time cooking, eating, and visiting with the host family. Thank you! We traveled DEEP in Yunnan for amazing street food and to make this street food vlog in 2017! This is some of the best street food around the world! Here in Yunnan, on the ancient tea horse road in Shaxi, you can find some incredible street food delicacies. First off, we started bright and early for some amazing breakfast street food in China. We adventured onto the street to make this street food video and found some of the BEST snacks from the Yi and bai people of Yunnan, China. This truly is some of the most UNIQUE street food in China, starting out right away with BREAKFAST! The local street food recipes were incredible! We tasted a few amazing dishes, bright and early! First up, for breakfast, we found a lady selling this incredible milk cheese, kind of like curdled milk, right on the street. You can eat it plain or you can order it fried for breakfast with a lot of sugar. We ended up trying both. Then, we walked down the street and had a nice and hearty and healthy lunch soup, and rice as well. Super tasty and delicious! Then we went for a walk and found some street "huajuan" rolls stuffed with fermented tofu, very strong and pungent! All of this was found during the weekly farmers market on the street in Shaxi every friday! If you come to Yunnan in Southern China, come to Shaxi on a friday to visit one of the most amazing street markets! You have to come check it out! After that, we went for a lunch and tasted classic bai cuisine, including local Matsutake mushrooms and amazing salted pork, which kind of tasted like pastrami! So delicious!! Most unbelievable Thai street food in Bangkok! ►Watch GIANT Tom Yum: https://youtu.be/4eZbr5qDxio ►SUBSCRIBE for 2 new videos per week: http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe ►T-shirts and caps available now: https://migrationology.com/store/ Talad Rot Fai (ตลาดนัดรถไฟ), also known as the Train night market in Bangkok, or Talad Rot Fai in Thai, is one of the most popular night markets in Bangkok - this branch located at Ratchada. Here’s a map link: https://goo.gl/maps/EVKBg2ws46t By the way, this is Part 2 of this Night Market Thai street food tour. You can watch the gigantic tom yum challenge here: https://youtu.be/4eZbr5qDxio The market is known for its unique Thai street food, some of the snacks and dishes which are invented there and you won’t find anywhere else in Bangkok. Laeng Saeb (เล้งแซ่บ) at Diaw Maekhlong Restaurant (ร้านเตี๋ยวแม่กลอง) - Laeng saeb, a dish of pork bones and ridiculous amounts of green chilies is one of the most popular Thai street food inventions at Talad Rot Fai, and this is mainly what I came to eat. The restaurant is located at the back of the market, and they have a few different sizes you can choose from. XXL Laeng Saeb (เล้งแซ่บ) - Price - 599 THB ($18.96) - We went straight for the XXL size, a massive platter of pork bones, soup, insane amounts of green chilies and the soup broth. Of all the Thai street food I’ve eaten, this is one of the most unbelievable and insanely giant street foods of Thailand I’ve ever seen or eaten. Although it’s way more than I ever care to eat again in one sitting, it’s actually a really good dish. Crispy butter (เนยกรอบ) - 35 THB ($1.11) Stir fried ice cream (ไอติมผัด) - 69 THB ($2.18) Coconut shake (น้ำมะพร้าวปั่น) - 35 THB ($1.11) And that completed this Thai street food night market tour of Talad Rot Fai. It’s well worth a visit, and you can of course, order smaller sizes of laeng saeb when you’re in Bangkok. Enjoy! Cambodian Food - LIVE BLUE CRAB (Boiled Right Out of The Ocean) in Kep, Cambodia!

18:56
In Cambodia, this is where your crab dreams will come to life! Subscribe for more videos► http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe T-shirts for sale here► https://migrationology.com/store/ Located on the sleepy coast of Kep, Cambodia, you’ll find one of the greatest crab markets in the world. The blue swimmer crabs are kept in ocean baskets, and when you got to buy them, they will actually fetch a basket right out for the ocean for you, and you can rummage through the live crabs and choose whichever ones you please. This is one of the most amazing markets I’ve ever been to! Cambodia Crab Trip - Phnom Penh → Kep, Cambodia, 146 km., 3 hours Kep Crab Market - One of the best reasons to travel to Kep, Cambodia is to eat seafood, and they have an abundance of fresh seafood. Although I didn’t have time to stay the night in Kep, we decided to just take a day food trip to eat crab. When you buy crab at the market, bargaining is expected, and the prices can fluctuate vastly. So keep this in mind when you’re buying your crab. On this day I paid 2 kg. crabs - $14 USD. One of the best things about buying crab here is that you can then turn around and cook your crabs right there at the market. Price to cook crabs - $1 USD. It’s an amazing experience of fresh crabs, boiled, and cooked right in the market. They also have lots of other seafood. We bought 3 pretty decently sized fish, some rice, and a few bottles of sauce to complete our meal. 3 big fish, rice, sauce - $13 USD You can then go to sit down at a drink vendor, and if you buy drinks, you can sit and eat your Cambodian seafood feast. Total price for drinks - 18,000 KHR ($4.34) *we had a lot of drinks, but I lost count. If the seafood and crab at Kep crab market isn’t enough, they have an abundance of durian and fruit at the market as well (it also happened to be durian season). 2 durians, 2 kg. mangosteen - $10 USD. Kampot, located next to Kep, is famous throughout Cambodia for durian, and it was an amazing durian. Best pepper in the world! Next, we drove over to Sothy’s Pepper Farm, that’s famous for growing Kampot pepper, what is considered the best pepper in the world. We tasted and learned a lot about pepper and it was a lot of fun. Pepper tour is free, but you can buy pepper Roundtrip taxi price for full day - $130 USD -- Music in this video: Cause I Am Coming Home https://goo.gl/HwVjdo MY CAMERA GEAR: Main camera: http://amzn.to/2dEL3hv Main lens: http://amzn.to/2e5Lum6 2nd camera: http://amzn.to/2mczuDx 2nd lens: http://amzn.to/2mcEGau Microphone: http://amzn.to/2dEr9Z9 Gorillapod: http://amzn.to/2epFsQx *These are Amazon affiliate links I would love to connect with you! But in reality this dish is so common and iconic that most Koreans simply call it "kimchi." When people talk about kimchi, this is the dish they are referring to.

UNKNOWN Mexican Street Foods You MUST Try! MEGA Mexican Pizza, BEST BBQ, and 7 Mole’s in OAXACA!

20:24
UNKNOWN Street Food in Mexico! We went for a full on Mexican street food our in Oaxaca, Mexico, and discovered the most unique and AMAZING Mexican Street Food! We discovered the most UNIQUE and MIND-BLOWING Street Foods in Oaxaca, Mexico, along with amazing memelas (kind of like flat tacos) with spicy salsa and super delicious Mole and BBQ! TONS of the Best Mexican Street Food! In this street food tour vlog, we are traveling to Oaxaca in central Mexico, to eat the best street food in Mexico and to taste the world famous Oaxacan Mole Sauce over top of JUICY chicken! It was slightly spicy, full of chili, chocolate, and so delicious! And all of the street food was so cheap! The best street food we found in Oaxaca was definitely our final two meals in the local market, made by the most friendly and amazing locals, the Oaxacan Mole over top of JUICY chicken and BBQ beef and pork! The chicken was so juicy, plump, and very delicious. We started our street food tour in Mexico in Mexico City, eating a ton of delicious street food in Parts 1 through 4 on our Mexican street food playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHnqNOvDi44&list=PL903FZ5cNRa3m9fJD4DANjuJSS6z1f20R After this, we traveled to Oaxaca in search of the most famous Mole Poblano and Oaxacan street food specialties, but we found so much more. The first thing we did was explore the street food scene in search of a local Mexican breakfast. We would have happily eaten tacos or any other Mexican street food, but we found one of the most famous street foods in Oaxaca, the Memela. This is the beauty of Mexican street food, there is so many variations and the extreme deliciousness of the cuisine makes your mouth come alive! After that amazing Mexican breakfast, we visited a local market to try out a second breakfast, and had an amazing stuffed Empanada, with another one of Oaxacas famous 7 Moles! After exploring the first Mexican Market, we went to another even bigger and better street food market in Oaxaca, the Mercado 20 de noviembre, also known as the Mercado viente de noviembre or the 20th of November market. We found a ton of the best street food I’ve ever tried in Mexico, like amazing BBQ beef and pork covered in SPICY salsa! After enjoying the best BBQ in Oaxaca, we found a Mexican restaurant selling all of the famous Oaxacan foods, serving a huge variety of Mole, delicious Tlayudas (Kind of like Mexican Pizza!), Tamales, and more! Here are the addresses for the locations in this street food vlog: 1) Oaxacan Memelas with delicious spicy Salsa - 2) Amazing Mexican Empanada stuffed with Yellow Mole sauce (A Oaxaca specialty!) - Inside the Mercado de la Merced in downtown Oaxaca. 3) Chapulines Grasshoppers - Outside of the Mercado 20 de Noviembre 4) Spicy and Delicious Mexican BBQ - Inside the Mercado 20 de Noviembre 5) Mole Sauce and Almendrado Mole Sauce over top of juicy chicken, flavoured with rich and dark chocolate with chili, nuts, fruit, and cinnamon - Inside the Mercado 20 de Noviembre ABOUT THE FOOD RANGER My name is Trevor James and I'm a hungry traveler and Mandarin learner that's currently living in Chengdu, Szechuan, China, eating up as much delicious street food as I can . ►Subscribe for more videos: http://bit.ly/MarkWiensSubscribe On Day 6 in Bhutan we had a Bhutanese Chinese meal for lunch, then visited some attractions in Thimphu, and finished the day with an amazing traditional Bhutanese food meal at Simply Bhutan. Zombala 2 Restaurant - This restaurant is located right in the heart of Thimphu and they serve some very unique and quite delicious Indian Bhutanese Chinese food. The fried rice in particular was quite impressively good. Buddha Point - One of the famous attractions in Thimphu is visiting Buddha Point. The views from up on the mountain were wonderful. We then took a short hike. Bhutan Takin Preserve - Another interesting attraction you can visit in Thimphu is the Bhutan Takin Preserve. I had never seen a takin before, but there were very cool to see. Simply Bhutan - For dinner we went to a traditional Bhutanese food restaurant called Simply Bhutan. The restaurant is set up as a traditional cultural house and you can walk around and do various activities. The highlight is the traditional Bhutanese food and they served a huge amount spread of traditional dishes. Today I recorded some of the plants in our yard. All are edible fruits and vegetables. We don't want to waste water and time growing just any plants. We want to grow plants that are edible and useful.
