This mildly spicy yet tangy Paneer Recipe is pretty close to Kadhai Paneer, yet different. If you are a fan of Paneer Recipes, you need to try this one out, the freshly roasted spice blend of Coriander-Cumin-Chili-Fenugreek-Tamarind along with the ghee brings out an amazing flavor to this one which separated this out from the crowd.. Skip the Butter Paneer for a day, and try out this Masala Paneer :) Detailed Recipe : Ingredients : Ghee – 2 1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds – 3 tbsp Cumin Seeds – 1 1/2 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds – ½ tsp Red Chili Powder / Whole – 2 tbsp / 6-7 Tamarind – 1 lemon sized ball Garlic – 5-6 cloves Dahi – ¼ cup Paneer – 200g GG Paste – ½ tsp Salt – ½ tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Coconut Milk Powder – 2 tbsp. Method : • In a pan, add ½ tbsp. ghee, next goes in the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds. Roast for a minute, and then add in the red chili powder, tamarind, garlic and roast well for 2-3 minutes in low flame. • After the spices have cooled down, add water and make a smooth paste. • Make ridges/cuts in paneer cubes, and keep aside. In a mixing bowl, add in ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric and yogurt. Mix well, add in the paneer and keep aside. • In a pan, pour in rest of the ghee, once hot, place in the just the paneer one by one and cook for 2 minutes in each side and take them out. • In the remaining ghee, add the spice paste, and cook until it starts leaving the sides. • Add in the coconut milk powder, remaining yogurt and mix well. • Roasted paneer goes in next, along with water to adjust the consistency. Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=juIDOIltzmA Ingredients 250 gms Paneer cubes 50 gms yogurt 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric ½ no lemon juice 1 tbsp mustard oil Salt to taste Tikka Masala 2 tbsp oil 2 medium onions 3 large tomatoes 1 tsp chopped green chilly 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric ½ tsp Garam masala Garnish with springs of coriander Method - Slice paneer into cubes - For tikka marination add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, juice of lemon, mustard oil and salt as required.Mix the ingredients properly. - Add the paneer cubes to the marination mix and coat them well and keep aside for 10 minutes. - In a pan heat some oil on moderate flame. - Add chopped onions and let them turn brown. Now add green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala and salt. - Let the masala cook for 30-40 seconds and then add the chopped tomatoes. - Add water and let the whole mixture cook properly. - Cover it with the lid and allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes. - Grill the paneer cubes by heating up oil in the pan and placing the cubes over it. - Let the paneer cook from both the sides.Once done keep them aside for further use. - Add the left over marination paste into the masala. - Allow it to cook for a minute and then turn off the flame and allow it to cool down - Now grind the mixture into a fine paste - Add the masala paste into pan again add some water to it and cook it on moderate flame. - Once the masala start simmering add the paneer tikka cubes. - Give gentle stir and let it cook for over a minutes - Paneer Tikka Masala is ready to be served. Ingredients: Cottage Cheese (Paneer) - 150 Gm Onion - 1 Medium Size Fine chopped Ginger - 1 Inch Green Chilly - 2 No. Tomato - 2 Medium Size Onion - 1 Medium Roughly choped Cashew Nuts - 9-10 No. Green Chilly - 2 No. Ginger - 1 Inch Garlic - 7-8 No. Curd (Must not be too tangy) - 100 Gm Coriander Powered - 1 Tbs Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tbs Garam Masala - 1 Tbs Cumin Powder - 1 Tbs Red Chilly Powder - 1 Tbs Kasoori Methi - 1 Tbs Coriander Leaves - Small Qty. Cloves - 5 No. Green Cardamom - 3 No. Black Cardemom - 2 No. Cinnamon - 1 Inch Bay Leaves - 2 No. Salt to taste. Cooking Oil. Process: 1. Put 1 Small spoon full cooking oil in a pan and heat. 2. Roast paneer from both sides till it become light golden in color and then keep it aside. 3. Fry roughly chopped onion till it goes little transparent then add tomato, garlic, green chili, ginger and cashew until tomato is lightly cooked. Keep them aside to cool. 4. Grind the entire thing in "Step 3" to make smooth paste. 5. Take the same pan and add small spoon full of cooking oil. 6. Add raw spices and roast a little till they change their color. Remove it from pan. 7. Add 1 Big spoon full of cooking oil in pan and add finely chopped onion and fry till it becomes transparent. 8. Add green chili, sliced ginger and cook a little. 9. Add the paste we have kept ready. 10. Add red chili and mix well. 11. Add curd and then salt immediately. Mix well. 12. Add Coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and cook till oil leaves the gravy. 13. Add a cup of water. 14. Add garam masala. 15. Add roasted paneer pieces and stir gently. 16. Paneer dishes are all time favorite, especially for kids. Paneer in any form would be a perfect dish for potluck or parties. Reshmi Paneer is a delicious and rich accompaniment with Roti / Naan. A delicious masala curry made with soft paneer, capsicum and variety of spices. and its pretty and easy to make.  RESHMI PANEER Ingredients 500 gms cottage cheese (paneer) 1 tbsp oil 1 medium onion 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 medium green capsicum 1 medium tomato, seeded and cut into thin strips 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 2 tsps coriander powder ½ tsp turmeric powder 1 cup tomato puree Salt to taste 2 tsps red chilli powder 8-10 fresh coriander sprigs ½ cup fresh cream 1 tbsp garam masala powder Ginger juliennes for garnishing Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Cut onion into half and slice. 3. Add cumin seeds and onion to the pan and saute well. 4. Cut capsicum into thin strips and add alongwith tomato. Toss. 5. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Saute well. 6. Add tomato puree, toss to mix and cook further. 7. Cut cottage cheese into thick fingers. 8. Add salt and red chilli powder to the pan and mix well. Add little water, mix well and cook. Add cottage cheese. 9. Finely chop coriander sprigs. 10. Add cream to the pan and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix well. 11. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Let it get heated through. 12. Serve hot garnished with ginger juliennes. So watch the video and learn how to make Paneer Cutlets with Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food Ingredients: 1 potato boiled and mashed 1/2 onion finely chopped Coriander leaves 1/2 tsp chat masala 1/2 tsp oil 1 cup toasted bread crumbs 1 small piece of ginger, finely chopped 300g Paneer chopped cabbage 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped 1/2 carrot, finely grated 1/2 tsp garam masala 2 green chillies, finely chopped 4 tbsp gram flour 1/4 tsp raw mango powder Salt to taste Method: - Dry the paneer by covering it In a cloth for few minutes - Sauté the veggies in oil, add ginger, onion, carrots, cabbage, capsicum and green chillies - In a bowl add dry paneer, mashed potato, amchoor, garam masala chaat masala, corn flour, salt to taste, coriander leaves and the sauté veggies - Apply little bit of corn flour on you palm and shape the cutlets. - In a bowl add gram flour, to which add some water and salt - Dip the cutlets into the batter and then into the breadcrumbs and fry them into the oil. - Paneer Cutlets are ready to be served! Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside. Also heat up oil to deep fry. 3. Place a spring roll sheet, take small portions of the filling, and start placing in the bottom portion of the sheet, leaving about a inch from the bottom. Bring the sides to the center, pull up the bottom and start rolling. 4. Just before rolling it all up, apply a slurry of flour, in the top area and roll it. Keep aside, covered with damp cloth. 5. Now that you've done the rolling, dice these up diagonally with a sharp knife in a swift motion & there you have these ready to fry. 6. Fry in hot flame until golden. Once done, get this down to a kitchen towel lined plate. Serve Hot! It is nothing but minced vegetables cooked with onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Check out Chef Ruchi Bharani's take on this popular kheema recipe. Ingredients: 3 medium onions, finely chopped 1/2 capsicum finely chopped 1 carrot steamed and finely chopped 100g French beans steamed and finely chopped 1/2 cup frozen peas 1 green chilli finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped 1 1/2 cup tomato puree 3 tbsp cheese 100g grated paneer 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste coriander leaves salt to taste 1/2 tsp coriander and cumin seed powder Method: - In a pan, heat ghee. Add the onions and saute them well until they are brown in colour. - Add the ginger and garlic paste. - Add the finely chopped capsicum, frozen green peas and chopped green chillies, - Add the tomato puree and let it cook for at least 2 minutes. - Add the finely chopped tomatoes and let them cook until they are absolutely mushy. - Add the red chilli powder, coriander and cumin seed powder, garam masala and salt to taste. - Add little water and saute the ingredients well. - Add the chopped, steamed vegetables - French beans and carrots. - Add the grated paneer (cottage cheese) and then grate some cheese over it. Mix all the ingredients well. - Sprinkle some coriander leaves over the kheema masala and add little water. Mix well. - The kheema masala is ready to be served. Garnish it with some grated cheese and coriander leaves. Also squeeze some lime over it. Butter 1 tbsp flour 1 ½ cup milk. Salt & Pepper to season Oregano – ¼ tsp 50g of processed cheese Other Ingredients : Lasagna Sheets – 12 Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese – as you desire Method : Red Sauce : • In a pan, add in oil, once hot, add ginger, garlic, chili, chili flakes and cook for a minute. • Follow it up with oregano, basil, paprika and the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, and cook until mushy. • Add Tomato Puree & sugar, cook for 5 mins. • Transfer to blender jar, pour in a cup of water and blend to smooth paste. Veggies: • In a pan, add in oil, once hot, add the ginger, garlic, green chili. • Add the chopped veggies, and season with salt, pepper, oregano & basil. • You can add the chili paste and cook for a minute in high flame. Veggies are ready. White Sauce: • In a saucepan, add in butter & flour. Cook until the flour is cooked but not brown, then add milk slowly while whisking gently. • Season with pepper, salt and oregano. • Add small chunks of cheese while whisking, and once it’s all incorporated, cook for another 30 seconds. White Sauce is ready. Assemble Lasagna : • In a 12x8 Pan, spread a ladle full of red sauce, then place in the oven ready lasagna sheets. • Pour in some more red & white sauce. Layer in the veggies, sprinkle in some cheese. Then place the lasagna sheets & repeat the process. • In the last segment, sprinkle cheese over sauces. • Bake at 200C for 25 minutes in a preheated oven. • Garnish with coriander, and serve hot with garlic breadsticks, Enjoy! Blend to a coarse paste without adding water. • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, season well with salt, chili flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder and red chili powder and baking soda and lemon juice if using. • Heat 1 tsp of mustard oil until smoky, then pour in to the mixture. Also add in the besan and mix well. • Make small portions like cutlets and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown. • Take down into a kitchen tissue and serve hot as they are or in a wrap. • For Wrap : take a roti, spread mayo, place some lettuce, smear in some chutneys, a few onion rings, chili and then the falafel. Whether you're craving for some Indian street food, or just some indian cuisine, this one ticks all the right boxes. Detailed Recipe : Ingredients : Butter – 2 tbsp. Garlic – 5-6 cloves (chopped) Green Chili – 2-3 (chopped) Capsicum – ½ (chopped) Onions – 2 (chopped) Salt – to season Tomato – 2 (roughly chopped) Carrot – 1 (chopped, parboiled) Potato – 1 (chopped, parboiled) French Beans – 4 (chopped, parboiled) Paneer – 100g Cheese Cubes / Processed Cheese – 5 / 125g Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp (chopped) Masala Paste : Sesame – 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds – ½ tsp Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp Kasoori Methi – ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp (heaped) Amchoor Powder / Chat Masala – 1 tsp (heaped) Sugar – ¼ tsp Schezwan Chutney – 1 tsp To finish the recipe : Butter – 2 tbsp Leftover masala paste / Schezwan Chutney – 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp Method : 1. In a large tawa / kadhai, heat up the butter. Add in garlic, green chili onions, capsicum. 2. Season well with salt, and cook until onions start getting golden. 3. Add in the tomatoes to the tawa, along with the parboiled veggies and paneer. 5. Mash & cook the veggies until they come together, and is cooked. 6. Add in all the masala paste, and the cheese cubes and mix well. 7. Add some water to mellow the mixture down, and cook well. Finally, add some coriander leaves and keep the mixture aside. 8. Take a burger bun, and slice horizontally, ¾ way through. Fill the veggie mixture, and keep aside. 9. Heat up a pan, add in a tsp of butter, a touch of masala paste and a sprinkle of coriander leaves. Roast the burger on its’ sides and serve it up! Download Mints Recipes app: https://mintsr.me/2IdW2iK Ingreadients for Suji Pizza 1 ½ cup Semolina/suji 1 cup plain yogurt Salt to taste 2 pieces of chopped green chilly Tomato sauce Chilly sauce Black pepper powder 2medium sized finely chopped onion 2 small finely chopped tomato Freshly chopped coriander leaves Sev as required 1 tsp Soda/ eno as required 2 tbsp oil How to make Suji Pizza Recipes: 1. Take a Bowl and add Semolina, salt to taste, yogurt and mix it well for few seconds. 2. I have not added water but if the mixture is dry add water as needed and mix them properly into a smooth batter. Make sure there should be no lumps in it. 3. Now let it rest the batter for 15-20 minutes. 4. After 15 minutes uncovered the batter and you will see the batter has become smooth and slightly thick as rava absorbs the water so add water accordingly to get the right consistency, mix it well. 5. Now the batter is ready. It should not be too thick or too light like dropping water. It should have medium thickness. 6. To make Suji pizza base do not add soda or eno at once take another bowl and put soda/eno in the mixture which you are going to cook and let the extra batter wait on counter top to finish the cooking of first Suji pizza base. 7. Put ¼ cup of suji mixture in a bowl and add ¼ tsp of soda, mix it well. 8. Take a non-stick pan and grease the pan with little oil, once the pan becomes medium hot pour the batter. Do not spread the batter thinly, spread thick batter. 9. Size of the Suji pizza base depends upon the batter you have taken to spread. 10. Drizzle little oil all around and top of the suji pizza, Cover with the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes from downwards on low flame till it becomes brown. 11. After 3 minutes you will see the upper surface has changes it's colour, now flip the Suji pizza and cook it from other side too. 12. Cook for 2 minutes only from other side, no need to cook too much. Once it turns light brown take it out from the pan, this way non-spicy suji pizza base is ready. 13. Once you finish the cooking of first pizza base then again put some suji mixture in a bowl and add soda/eno, mix it well. Repeat the same process for the remaining suji mixture. 14. To make Spicy Suji pizza base- Pour the batter and put some chopped green chilly on top and if you like can sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves, drizzle oil all around the edges and cook it just like non-spicy Suji Pizza base. 15. Base of suji pizza is ready; now let's start making Suji Pizza- 16. Take both spicy and non-spicy Pizza base in a tray. 17. Put 1 tsp of tomato and 1 tsp of chilly sauce on both the pizza base and spread it evenly all around with the spoon. 18. Now spread some finely chopped onion and tomato over the suji pizza. 19. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and lastly garnish it with some sev and chopped coriander leaves. 20. Indian style Suji pizza is ready to serve. 21. Serve hot. Note: 1. You can also spread Pizza pasta sauce. 2. You can also sprinkle Oregano or chilly flakes and can garnish it with some grated cheese. 3. Don't use chilly sauce while making for kids. Learn to Cook Paneer Parcel - Quick Easy To Make Party Starter / Crispy Snack Recipe By Ruchi Bharani Chef Ruchi Bharani brings you the recipe of another crispy and delectable paneer appetizer called Paneer Parcel. The combination of paneer and cheese with the veggies is surely worth the craving. Ingredients: 100g paneer 50g grated cheese 1/4 tsp oil 1 tbsp celery, finely chopped 3 green chillies, finely chopped Half a capsicum, finely chopped Coriander leaves Salt to taste Samosa pattis (wanton or spring roll sheets) Method: - Heat very little oil in a pan. - Add the finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped celery and saute for 5 seconds. - Add the finely chopped green chillies and then take the pan off the burner. - Add the grated paneer, grated cheese, coriander leaves and very little salt to the above ingredients and mix well. - Using this filling, start making small balls (around 1/2 inch balls) - Make the plain flour paste by mixing it with little water. Make sure that the paste is thick. - Take the samosa pattis, fold them in the centre and cut them into two bunches of thin stripes. Again, fold them into half and cut them. - Take one thin strip and apply the plain flour paste at the centre of the patti. - Take another strip and stick it on the 1st strip, making a plus (+) sign. - Take a ball of the filling and place it on the strip. Flatten it slightly. - Start folding the strip. Begin from the lower strip. On the last strip, apply the plain flour paste and stick it. - If the corners are slightly open, apply the flour paste on the corners. - Start frying the pattis immediately in medium hot oil. - Once they turn golden brown in colour, get the paneer parcels off the flame on an absorbent paper. - The delicious paneer parcels are ready to be served. More Paneer Recipes : https://goo.gl/vXY7Pz For Gravy : Oil - 2 tbsp Cashewnuts - 1/4 cup Onions - 2 (roughly chopped) Salt - as per taste Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Tomatoes - 5 (roughly chopped) For finishing the sabzi : Oil/Ghee : 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Onion - 1 (small, finely chopped) Red Chili Powder - 3/4 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Kasoori Methi - 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp Fennel Powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Tomato Puree / Ketchup - 1 tbsp Cream - 2 tbsp Ginger Juliennes - 1" Green Chili Slits - 2 Matar / Peas - 1 cup (parboiled) Paneer - 300g (cubed) Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Method : 1. For Gravy : In a hot pan, add in the oil & as it gets hot, add in the cashewnuts and roast them for a minute or two. 2. Add in the roughly chopped tomatoes and the salt as per taste and cook the onions until golden. 3. After the onions get golden, add in the ginger garlic paste and stir for a minute. 4. Chopped tomatoes goes in next, and cook until they get mushy. Turn off the flame, let it cool down, then blend to a smooth paste. 5. For finishing the sabzi : In a kadhai/pan, add in the oil and after it gets hot, goes in the jeera/cumin seeds. After they sizzle, add the onions and cook for a minute. 6. Lower the flame, and add the spices - red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kasoori methi, fennel powder, turmeric powder and salt. Roast the spices for 2-3 minutes in low flame. 7. Add in the finely chopped coriander leaves and cook them for a minute, then goes the gravy paste, tomato ketchup & cream & stir around. 8. Peas, Ginger, Green Chili goes in next, along with some water to adjust the consistency, cook them out for a couple minutes, then add in the cubes of paneer. 9. Finally, sprinkle in a touch of garam masala & turn the flame off.
