Using a kitchen scissors cut off the edges of the slices of the bread. 2. With the help of a roller pin flatten the bread slices by rolling them. MAKING 3. To make jam sandwich rolls, spread some jam on a prepared flattened slice of bread and roll tightly. 4. To make a cheese and mustard sandwich roll, spread mustard liberally on a bread slice and place a cheese on it. Roll tight and set aside. 5. To make coriander chutney and carrot rolls, spread some coriander chutney on the bread slice, place a slice of cheese over it and then some grated carrot on one end. Roll tightly from the end with the grated carrot. SERVING 6. Cut and serve sandwich with tomato ketchup. TIPS The sandwich rolls may be toasted in toaster oven or a regular oven or served as it is. this is kind of restaurant style of preperation of birtani they wont do dum process they cook chicken saperatly with same masalas which we use for biryani and rice will be cooked saperatly if the ordre comes they mex rice and chicken togeather and serve because the same rice can also used for vegetarins. http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-biryani-restaurant-style Ingredients: Chicken 1500 g Basmati rice 500g Bay leaf 3 n Star anise 3 n Cinnamon sticks 2 n Cloves 4 n Cardamom 6 n Shahi jeera 1 ts Lichen (kalpasi) 1ts Pepper corn 6 n Mace 2 n Golden fried onions 150 g Red chilly powder 2 tb Coriander powder 1 tb Cumin powder 1 ts Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs Salt Turmeric Yogurt 1 cup Coriander chopped 1 b Mint chopped 1 b Green chilly 5 n Oil ½ cup Lime juice 2tb Directions: First make a powder of all the spices, Take a bowl add chicken pieces and add made masala, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, coriander powder, curd, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried onions, green chilly, lime juice, oil, and mix it well, and put it in the refrigerator over night, Heat water in a vessel and let it come to a boil add oil, salt, Shahi jeera, bay leaf and add basmati rice (soak the rice 1 hour) cook the rice till 70 %, add layer of chicken marinate and then this layer of rice. Sprinkle fried onions, and add dissolved saffron strands in milk , then add ghee (optional), kewra water, rose water and put the lid on which is lined with sticky dough for dum. First cook it on high for first 4-5 minutes then reduce the flame to low, use a griddle under this for even heat transfer. And cook it for 25 to 30 min and switch off the flame. After 40 minutes this is ready for opening the seal of the lid. Start to Finish: 5 hours (includes cooling time) Prep Time: 30 minutes Servings: 16 Ingredients: Crust 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup of sugar 8 tablespoons butter, (1 stick) melted Filling 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened 1 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 tablespoon lemon juice 5 eggs 2 tablespoons of flour Sour Cream Layer 1 pint of sour cream 1/3 cup of sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon lemon juice Garnish (optional) Fresh sliced strawberries Strawberry sundae syrup Whipped cream -- See my video for how to make home made Whipped Cream Directions: HEAT oven to 325°F. In a bowl mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, press onto bottom and slightly up the sides of 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. While crust is baking, make the filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon with electric mixer until smooth and well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing at medium speed after each egg is added until all is blended making sure to scrape down the batter with a spatula. Add flour and mix until smooth. Remove crust from oven, but keep oven on and let the crust cool for 5-10 minutes then pour the filling over crust. Bake for about 50-55 minutes or until cake is cooked but has a slight giggle in the center. Remove from oven, again keeping oven on and set aside for 5-10 minutes so it cools slightly while you make the sour cream topping. In a small bowl mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon. Spoon over the top of the cheesecake and spread evenly. Put cake back in oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and loosen cake from rim of pan with knife. Cool before refrigerating. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or over night. Before serving, remove rim from pan and plate and slice cake. Garnish each slice with fresh strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry sundae syrup along with some whipped cream. Cooking Tips: Wrapping foil around the bottom of the pan helps to keep anything from dripping out while baking. It is best to store the cheesecake in the spring-form pan until ready to serve. The pan will protect it from getting bumped in the refrigerator. Slice cake using a hot, wet knife, wiping knife blade clean in between slices. Store leftover cheesecake in the refrigerator. Whipped Cream Cheese can be replaced for half of the recipe. I sometimes like to use 2 whipped and 2 regular 8 oz. packages. Other options for the crust: You can replace the Graham Crackers with Chocolate cookies or vanilla wafer, If making this recipe for Passover you can use crushed macaroons or crushed matzo for the crust in place of the Graham Crackers. The Best Meat Lasagna Recipe -- How to Make Homemade Italian Lasagna Bolognese
http://cookingwithsugar.com ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENTS ARE LISTED HERE WHERE IT SAYS "SHOW MORE" Homemade Italian Lasagna Bolognese is the perfect Italian comfort food for Sunday dinner. It feeds a crowd, can be made in advance and is really one of the most delicious combinations of a delicious homemade bolognese or marinara sauce and pasta. Lasagna (also spelled Lasagne), is literally a meal all by itself. But no Italian dinner would be complete without all of the trimmings of an antipasto, delicious salads, wine and family and friends. Enjoy it anyway you like, but please, make your own. You'll be so glad you did. Watch my video to see how to make the best lasagna ever. The recipe details are below. Ingredients: For Meat Sauce (Bolognese Sauce) 1 box (1lb.) of dried lasagna noodles, cooked al dente 1 pound of ground beef 1 pound of ground veal 1 pound pork sausage, removed from casing 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 medium-sized onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 celery stalk, finely chopped 1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped 1 (6oz) can tomato paste 2 (28-ounce) cans crushed tomatoes 1 cup red wine 2 cups beef stock 2 dried bay leaves 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sugar Sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional) For Ricotta Filling 1 (2 pound) container of whole milk ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 2 eggs Salt and pepper For Topping and Filling: 1 block (16 oz.) mozzarella, shredded In a medium size pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and sauté with a wooden spoon until crumbled and browned. Add the ground beef and ground pork. Sprinkle with a good amount of salt and pepper. Brown for a few minutes, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon but leaving it very chunky. Once the meat is brown, add the onions, garlic, celery, and carrots. Give it another sprinkle of salt and pepper. Sauté until all the vegetables are soft, about 3-4 minutes. Then, turn up heat and add the wine being sure to stir and scrape the brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes, turn down the heat then add the beef stock, the crushed tomatoes, the tomato paste, fresh basil and bay leaves. Simmer uncovered over low heat stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens, about 1 hour. While your sauce is cooking, preheat oven to 350°F Then, cook pasta in a large pot of salted water for only about 5 min, (making sure it stays al dente). Remove from pot, drain in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Place the pasta in a in bowl and drizzle with olive oil to keep the pieces from sticking to one another. Set aside. To make filling: Mix ricotta, eggs, Parmesan, and parsley in a bowl until combined. Season lightly with salt and pepper. To Assemble: Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread a thin coating of the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking pan. Cover with a row of lasagna noodles following the length of the pan and slightly overlapping them (like roof shingles). Spread 1/2 of the ricotta mixture on top of the noodles, sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella and a light sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Repeat with another layer of sauce, then layer the noodles in the opposite direction trimming them to fit into the pan. Top with the remainder of ricotta cheese mixture and spread to cover the noodles, add 1/3 of the mozzarella, another sprinkle of Parmesan and another layer of sauce. Top the final layer with the noodles running the length of the pan. Top with some more sauce and another sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Remove from oven. Uncover and sprinkle the remainder of the mozzarella over the top of the lasagna and put back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving. Cook's Tips The sauce recipe will make enough for 2 lasagnas, so you can freeze the remainder of the sauce for some other meal (like pasta with Bolognese sauce), or make two lasagnas by doubling ingredients for the filling and noodles. Lasagna can be assembled a day or two ahead of time. Don't bake it just assemble, cover and refrigerate or freeze. When ready to bake, remove lasagna 30 minutes before baking from the refrigerator. If you freeze the assembled lasagna, remove it 1 hour prior to baking. Vegetables can be easily chopped in a food processor or with a hand chopper If sauce seems too thick, add a little more beef stock. If it's too thin, allow it to cook longer.

Jeera Rice Recipe - jeera Rice restaurent style - Flavoured Cumin Rice
Jeera rice or jeera pulao, prepared some whole spices and cumin seed's flavor, can be prepared very instantly and easily. Ingredients Basmati rice - 1 cup Ghee or oil - 2 to 3 tbsp Green coriander - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped) Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Lemon - 1 Whole spices - 1 brown cardamom, 4 cloves, 7 to 8 peppercorns and 1 inch cinnamon stick Salt - 1 tsp (to taste) Directions Getting ready: 1. Clean and thoroughly wash the rice. Soak them in water for half an hour. 2. Strain out the excess water from rice later. Making: 3. Heat some ghee in a wok or any other cookware and splutter cumin seeds first. 4. Then add the following whole spices as well – cinnamon stick, black pepper, clove and green cardamom. Saute for few more minutes until fragrant. 5. Now add the soaked rice and stir well for 2 minutes. To it then add 2 cups of water, followed by some salt and lemon juice. 6. Mix everything really well and let the rice simmers for 5 minutes and check later. Check later. 7. Cover the rice again and cook for 5 more minutes. Check again later. The rice is still not cooked through so let them simmer for 3 to 4 more minutes. 8. Check the rice and this time you’ll see puffed rice with no water in the vessel. 9. Rice is cooked through and ready to be served. Serving: 10. Garnish with some green coriander sprigs. 11. Serve with steaming hot sumptuous curries, with a side assortment of pickle wedges and relish eating. Korean Spicy Sauteed Zucchini Side Dish By Omma's Kitchen Serving 6 portion :) (This style of recipe is perfect to eat in BibimBap, Salad with Quinoa or side dish. By salting the vegetable, you reduce the liquid and also makes it crispier. You can eat this raw without stir frying too and that's cool :). This was a part of Vegan BibimBap recipe that I've made for our family and the rest of the recipes will be uploaded gradually:) • 6 medium size zucchini (sliced in moon shape) • 3-4 stalk of green onion (chopped or sliced) • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic • 1-2 tablespoon of sesame oil • 1-2 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds • 1 tablespoon of red chili powder (flake) • 1 teaspoon of sugar • 1 1/2 tablespoon of salt • 1 teaspoon of mirin (optional) You can toss in some Quinoa and it's Asian Zucchini Salad and complete meal :).

NARUTO ICHIRAKU RAMEN - Feast of Fiction S2 E10
RT: http://bit.ly/XdAKn9 Facebook: http://on.fb.me/XCbKtS Naruto Ichiraku Ramen Ingredients: 1-2lbs pork cutlet Ginger 1 3/4 cup Mr Yoshida's Original Gourmet Marinade & Cooking Sauce 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade 2-4 eggs Noodle Ingredients: 600g cake flour 100g all purpose flour 10g salt 6g baking soda 400g water Fresh cilantro Fresh green onions Fresh spinach Naruto Maki Preparing the Broth: Cut off pork strips from your pork cutlet. These should be thick and contain the fat and the meat of the pork. You should have bones and scraps left over. Put these in a pot, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Scoop the scum off of the top and reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. You can simmer this broth for anywhere from 2-4 hours. When it's done, place the entire pot in the refrigerator overnight. Take the pot out after it has coagulated and scoop off the fat that has combined at the top and reheat. Preparing the pork: In a pot, add your 1 3/4 cup Mr Yoshida's Marinade and 1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade. Take your cut pork strips and dip them into the liquid making sure to coat both sides. Place pot on heat and bring to a boil, flipping the pork inside every now and then. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Pro tip! Place a toothpick in between the lid and the pot in order to let air escape so your pot does not boil over. Cook this for 2 hours or until the pork is completely cooked through. Remove the pork from the liquid and store. Hard boiled eggs: Hard boil 2-4 eggs. Remove the shells. In the same mixture as the pork preparation, place the eggs and let them soak for 2 hours. Remove afterwards and store. Hand Pulled Noodles: Combine the dry ingredients into a mixer and combine. Add in the water and mix on medium high (a 4 on our kitchenaid) for 12 minutes. You will know the consistency is ready when it can be pulled easily and does not tear. Watch videos below to see a more indepth explanation. From here either hand pull your noodles or cut them in a similar fashion to the Legend of Korra Water Tribe noodles. Cook them in boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until ready. Cook the spinach in boiling water for 10-15 seconds then remove and squeeze the water out. Chop into segments. Slice off the Naruto Maki. Slice off sections of your pork. Cut your eggs in half. Add broth to your noodles and place ramen ingredients on top in the bowl. Serve piping hot! ================= Send us things! Take blender in this add cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, mace, cumin seeds, make a coarse powder. Heat ghee in a pan add black cardamom, add meat pieces, cook it in a slow flame till meat is brown in colour and add mixture of Kashmir chilly, saffron, water, salt, mix this well, put the lid on let it cook for 45 minutes till the meat is tender. In this add made masala powder, mix it well and let it cook for 30 minutes.
