Set aside until ready to assemble. In a separate bowl, combine meat and then fold in spices, shitake powder and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into thin patties. Cook patties over medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet or griddle top. Layer 2 patties with a slice of cheese between them. Top with shaved onion and bread and butter pickles. PUB BURGER WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS AND BACON Servings: 1 INGREDIENTS 2 slices bacon 1 sweet onion, sliced thinly 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon brown sugar 8 ounces ground beef (80% lean 20% fat) Salt Pepper 1 brioche bun Unsalted butter 2 slices Gruyère cheese 1 tomato, sliced Arugula PREPARATION 1. Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C. 2. In a large frying pan, cook bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. 3. Add sliced onions to the hot pan and caramelize in the bacon fat. Add brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Stir until sugar has dissolved. Reduce the heat to low and keep warm until ready to serve. 4. Form the ground beef into a patty. Press into the center of the patty, so that it’s thinner than the edges to cook evenly. Season both sides of the patty with salt & pepper. 5. Heat a large cast-iron skillet, over medium-high heat. Add the patty and cook until the patty turns brown to about ¾ of the way up, then flip, cook for about 3-4 minutes. 6. Once the burger is flipped, add gruyere cheese to the cooked side. 7. Butter sliced brioche bun and toast in the skillet until crisp brown. Remove bun, set aside. 8. Put the skillet in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cheese has fully melted. 9. Assemble the burger. Place the cooked patty on the brioche, followed by bacon strips, caramelized onions, sliced tomato, arugula, and brioche top. Recipe inspired by - http://www.munchkintime.com/caramelized-onions-burger-recipe/ DINER-STYLE BURGER WITH PICKLED RED ONIONS AND GARLIC AIOLI Servings: 1 INGREDIENTS Pickled Red Onions 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1½ tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1 red onion, halved and sliced into half moons Aioli 1 egg yolk 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 garlic clove, minced ½ cup olive oil ½ lemon, juiced Salt 1 brioche bun 1 tablespoon butter, melted Oil 4 ounces ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat) 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese 1 leaf butter lettuce 2 thin slices tomato PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to broil on high. 2. In a small pan, bring the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt to a boil over high heat, whisking until the sugar and salt have dissolved. 3. Remove the pan from the heat and add the sliced onion, making sure they’re fully submerged in vinegar. Set aside. 4. In a small bowl, add the egg yolk, mustard, and garlic and whisk to combine. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream, whisking to combine, ensuring that the aioli is emulsifying. Once the aioli is thick, add in the lemon juice and whisk until creamy. Add salt to taste, and set aside. 5. Brush the brioche bun with the butter and transfer to a baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven, and broil for 1½ minutes, until the bun is golden brown. 6. Smear the top bun with aioli, and set aside. 7. Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, brush with oil. 8. Place the mound of ground beef on the pan, and immediately press flat with a spatula. 9. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2½ minutes. 9. Flip the patty over and top with cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese is melted and the patty is browned, about 2 minutes. 10. Transfer the patty to the bun and top with pickled red onions, butter lettuce, and tomato slices. FETA STUFFED LAMB BURGERS W. SPICY TOMATO JAM Servings: 1 INGREDIENTS Spicy Tomato Jam 2 pounds tomatoes, diced 1 red onion, finely chopped 1 cup brown sugar 1½ teaspoons red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon salt 1 lemon, juiced Lamb Burger 8 ounces ground lamb 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon mint leaves, finely chopped 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves, finely chopped ¼ teaspoon ground cumin Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1 sesame burger bun Arugula leaves PREPARATION 1. In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, onion, pepper, brown sugar, cumin, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir frequently, cooking for about 15 minutes. 2. Reduce to medium heat until reduced, and simmer for an additional 20-30 minutes, until it reaches a jam-like consistency. Set aside to cool. Transfer to a jar, storing remaining jam in the fridge for up to one week. 3. In a bowl, combine ground lamb, garlic, mint, cilantro, coriander, and cumin. Mix until just combined. 4. Shape the lamb into a ball. Form a well into the center, large enough for the feta cheese. 5. Place the cheese into the center of the ball, and enclose inside the ground lamb mixture. Gently form a patty. Season both sides with salt and pepper. 6. Cook patty in a hot cast-iron pan set over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes each side. 7. In a small bowl, mix together mustard and mayonnaise. 8. Toast the sesame bun. 9. On June 27th Creator unveiling its first robot restaurant in San Francisco. Customers can get a burger crafted by a 14-foot-long “culinary instrument” — also known as a robot for $6. Creator’s burger-making robot is a long stretch of sleek machinery, with 350 sensors, 50 actuators, and 20 computers to ensure every sauce is dispensed down to the milliliter and every spice down to the gram. Machines can cook burgers over a hot griddle and slice tomatoes more efficiently than a human can do. The strands of meat hang vertically and are lightly pressed together. Hickory Smoked Hamburger Recipe on the Big Green Egg For more barbecue and grilling recipes visit: http://howtobbqright.com/ For this Smokehouse Burger recipe I’m starting with a couple pounds of left over Wagyu Brisket trimmings that I save from competitions and mixing it with equal parts sirloin steak. I grind the brisket and sirloin separately and then mix the two together creating a Wagyu blend. It’s has all the marbling of a fatty brisket point and the ground sirloin balances out the lean portion making for a special burger. Of course everyone doesn’t have wagyu brisket trimmings in the freezer, but you can duplicate this recipe with a mixture of chuck and sirloin. Grind it yourself at home or ask the butcher for a couple pounds of each and mix them together. Once the meat is combined, separate it into 12oz portions and form the burger patties by hand. These are XXL burgers, but trust me they’ll cook down on the grill. Place the burgers on a wax paper lined sheet pan and stick them in the freezer for about an hour to firm. Instead of high heat searing these burgers, I’m firing up my Big Green Egg for some indirect smoking. You can use any grill set up for indirect heat just run the temp at 275 degrees. Also they wouldn’t be a “Smokehouse Burger” without adding a little wood to the fire. Place 2-3 chunks of good hickory wood on the hot coals for smoke flavor. The only seasoning I use is a mixture of Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic (my Killer Hogs AP Rub you can try here: https://goo.gl/bmscms ). I want the meat to be the star, but you can use any All Purpose seasonings you like. Season each side of the burgers lightly and they’re ready for the grill. Place the burgers on the grill and let them cook for 20-30 minutes. This is the perfect time to caramelize some onions and mushrooms and put together a Homemade steak sauce (recipe below) for a quick glaze. Slice a medium size sweet onion into thin strips and heat 1 TBS of olive oil in a sauté’ pan over medium heat. Add the onions to the pan and season with a pinch of salt. Cook the onions for 15 minutes stirring occasionally until they reach a golden color. Add 8oz of sliced portabella mushrooms to the pan and continue to cook until the mushrooms are soft. Flip the burgers after 20-30 minutes and continue to cook until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Brush each burger with the steak sauce and close the lid for a couple minutes. Top each burger with the onion/mushroom mixture and a slice of Swiss cheese. Let the cheese melt for about 30 seconds and remove the burgers from the grill. To assemble the burgers slice Kaiser Rolls in half and spread Roasted Garlic Mayo (recipe below) on both sides of the bread. Place a burger patty on the bun, top with a couple slices of crispy bacon, and serve. These Smoke House Burgers are incredible; the meat is extra juicy and the texture is amazing. The hickory flavor comes through in every bite and mushrooms and onions put it over the top. You have to try this recipe! Steak Sauce - 4oz Water - 4oz Balsamic Vinegar - 2oz Worcestershire Sauce - 2oz Heinz Ketchup - 2oz Brown or Dijon Mustard - 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar - 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice - 2 Tablespoons chopped raisins - 1 Tablespoon Heinz Chili Sauce - 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce - 1 Tablespoon minced onion - 1 Tablespoon salted butter - 3 cloves minced garlic - 1 teaspoon salt - ½ teaspoon black pepper - pinch of crushed red pepper flakes Melt butter in a small sauce pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients while stirring and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally. Strain sauce and pour into a jar for stoarage. Roasted Garlic Mayo - 1 cup Mayonnaise - 6 cloves roasted garlic, smashed - 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice - Salt and Black Pepper to taste Combine the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It is a wonderful indo-western combo, as the cutlet imbibes true Indian spices while the spread uses chilli sauce and oregano to perk up the mayonnaise. Also, unlike the common burgers in which the vegetables are boiled, here we use raw vegetables sautéed to perfection. The complementary colours of the capsicum and potatoes in the salad ensure that it looks very tempting too! Preparation Time: 30 minutes. Cooking Time: 35 minutes. Makes 4 burgers. For the cutlets ½ cup finely chopped onions 1 cup chopped potatoes ½ cup finely chopped French beans ½ cup finely chopped carrots ½ cup finely chopped cabbage 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder (haldi) Salt to taste ¼ cup plain flour (maida) 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania) ½ cup plain flour (maida) dissolved in ¾ cup water Bread crumbs for rolling Oil for deep-frying For the chilli mayo spread 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp chilli sauce 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun) For the salad 1 cup sliced coloured capsicum (red, yellow and green) ½ cup boiled and peeled potatoes, cut into long strips like French fries 1 tbsp butter Salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste Other Ingredients 4 burger buns 4 tsp melted butter 4 lettuce leaves 4 cheese slices Accompaniments French fries For the cutlets 1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for a minute. 2. Add all the vegetables and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes or till the vegetables are cooked, while stirring occasionally. Sprinkle a little water to avoid the vegetables from burning. 3. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and sauté on a medium flame for a minute. 4. Add the plain flour, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. 5. Remove from the flame, add the coriander and mix well. 6. While the mixture is yet hot, mash it using a potato masher to a coarse mixture. Keep aside to cool slightly. 7. Divide it into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a circle of 75 mm. (3”) diameter and 1 cm thickness. 8. Dip each cutlet in the maida mixture and roll in the bread crumbs till it is evenly coated from all the sides. 9. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep-fry each cutlet till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides. Drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside. For the chilli mayo spread 1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. 2. Divide the spread into 2 equal portions and keep aside. For the salad 1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the coloured capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. 2. Add the salt and pepper and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute. 3. Add the potatoes and sauté on a medium flame for another minute. 4. Remove from the flame and keep aside to cool. 5. Add 1 portion of the chilli mayo spread and mix well. 6. Divide the salad into 4 equal portions and keep aside. How to proceed 1. Cut each burger bun horizontally into two. Apply ½ tsp of butter on the insides of each half of the burger bun and toast them lightly on a tava (griddle). Keep aside. 2. Apply ¾ tbsp of the chilli mayo spread on each buttered side of the bun half. 3. Place the lower half of a bun on a clean, dry surface with the buttered–spread side facing up. 4. Place 1 lettuce leaf, a cutlet and a cheese slice over it. 5. Spread 1 portion of the salad on it and cover with an upper half of the bun with the buttered–spread side facing down and press it lightly. 6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more burgers. Serve immediately with French fries.

Bob goes to the bank to work a plan out with the banker as his loan was overdue. The plan fails as Bob goes back to the restaurant while a bank robbery happens just as he leaves. As a result, Sergeant Bosco and a police team decide to go inside the restaurant to direct operations to stop the bank robbery. The bank robber asks the police to bring pizza from Jimmy Pesto's Pizzeria for food, much to Bob's disappointment. After the pizza is delivered, Mickey calls back to complain that the pizza was awful.
