You can also add bacon, sausage, or other vegetables. Adjust to you liking. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oiled tray (I used olive oil). Then bake for 20-25 minutes (or more if you have more ingredients) at 180 degree celsius /355 degree fahrenheit. ☆ Overnight oats The standard recipes is: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk (almond milk) Cinnamon Maple Syrup Berries 1 tsp Vanilla extract Adjust to your liking! ☆ Lunch & Dinner • 3 Large sweet potatoes I like it to cut them into chip size because it cooks faster. It takes about 20-30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Flip them over after the first 10 to 15 minutes. • 2 Large Red capsicums and 2 Yellow Capsicums (Bell Peppers) Takes about 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius to cook to my liking. You can leave it in the oven a little shorter if you like it crunchy. (200 degree celsius us around 390 degree fahrenheit) • 3 Bunch of Asparagus. This takes less than 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. If they're small and tiny then 5 minutes will do. I like them crunchy. • Kale with Garlic Add some to a pan and fry the garlic for a minute then add the kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and done! • 2 big Salmon Fillets Season with salt and pepper (that's all I do). You can add your favourite seasonings. Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. I don't like them overdone. and 9-10 minutes are normally just right depending on the thickness. • 2 big White Fish Fillets Rubbed some olive oil on the fish. Half a lemon juice, Ginger powder, salt, pepper and oregano. Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. • 1kg of Chicken Breasts Rubbed some olive oil on the chicken. Season with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. Again add your fav spices! Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. Again this is dependent on the thickness of the chicken breast. I had mine sliced in half. After all these are cooked, I just divide the chicken breasts into 5 portions. Add sweet potatoes, capsicums and asparagus to create 5 chicken/veg meals. For the fish meals, I have quinoa, kale and the fish. I didn't measure anything so I just eyeball everything here. For white fish, I added more sweet potatoes because white fish are lower in fat, hence lower in calories. ☆ Healthy Hummus 2 cans of chickpeas (500g drained chickpeas) 20g of tahinis 60g of olive oil 2 garlic cloves 1 Lemon Juice Almond milk to water it down. (Just add enough so that it's not too thick) Pink Himalayan Salt Cumin (optional) Blend them all together! I like to eat it with Wholemeal Pita Pockets. It is sooooo good. The ones I love most is from Mission. Don't forget to add some fruits or nuts as snacks if you're hungry. Also don't restrict too much. Need ice cream, have some ice cream. Don't overindulge and also don't under indulge. Stay happy and healthy. That's all! I hope you find this video helpful!

Add onion and garlic and cook then add capsicum and keep stirring until softened. Add mushrooms and keep stirring for a couple of minutes. Wrap dish and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours (overnight is ideal). Bake chicken at 400ºF for 30-40 minutes, stirring once or twice until chicken is cooked through and pineapple begins to caramelize. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Sweet & Spicy Chicken with Rice Noodles Servings: 4 Calories: 344 Honey Sriracha Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup chicken broth 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp Sriracha 3 tbsp honey 1 tsp garlic powder 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips (300g) Stir Fry: 1 red pepper, finely sliced 1 green pepper, finely sliced 2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced 1 cup julienned carrots To plate: 4 green onions, finely sliced 2 cups rice noodles, cooked cilantro (for garnish) In a large bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients and add chicken strips. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best). Once chicken has marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Add chicken, discarding the marinade and fry chicken until almost cooked through. Add peppers, cabbage and carrots and cook for another 2 minutes, or until chicken is completely cooked and vegetables are to your liking. Serve stir fry over hot rice noodles and garnish with cilantro and green onions. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Healthy Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Sauce Servings: 6 Calories: 296 Chicken Fingers: 4 chicken breasts, sliced into strips 3/4 cup flour 3 tbsp cajun or chili seasoning 3 eggs 2 cups, cooked and cooled quinoa Preheat oven to 375°F. In a wide bowl, mix together flour and seasoning. Set aside. In a second bowl, beat eggs. Set aside. Place quinoa in a large dish. Set aside. To bread chicken fingers, one strip at a time, lightly coat in flour mixture. Dip into beaten eggs and finish off by pressing into quinoa. Place on a large parchment-lined baking sheet and continue to bread remaining chicken strips. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes or until the quinoa coating is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. For best results, flip once during cooking to ensure even browning. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Honey Mustard Sauce: 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt lemon juice to taste salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard and yogurt. Peel and set aside. Place lettuce on a bowl and, cucumber, beans, tuna, tomato and spring onion. In a small bowl whisk dijon mustard, garlic, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil until smooth, then drizzle over salad, mix everything and serve immediately. 3 Broad beans with anchovies 150 calories (1 serving) Ingredients 1/2 cup canned or boiled broad beans 1 tsp olive oil 4 cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup spinach chopped 1 garlic cloves, sliced 2 anchovy fillets, chopped 1 tsp parsley black pepper Preparation Heat the oil and garlic in a non-stick frying pan, add the chopped spinach and cook, cover till the leaves wilt. Uncover and add tomatoes and cover again for a couple minutes. Now add the beans and sauté for 1-2 minutes until heated through. Stir in the anchovies so they break up, season to taste with ground black pepper, then stir in parsley and serve. 4 Mixed Vegetables and Lentils recipe 350 calories (1 serving) Ingredients 1 cup water 1/4 cup lentils 1 tbsp lemon juice 3 oz tuna steak 1 tsp olive oil 1/4 cup carrots 1/4 cup suchini 1/4 cup red onion 1/4 tsp ground coriander 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1 tbsp water Pinch of salt Fresh parsley for garnish Preparation In a pot add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer, add lentils and cover and cook until tender, 25 to 30 minutes. Drain, and set a side. Meanwhile, to prepare vegetables: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add red onion, carrots, suchini and 1 tbsp water, stir and cover until vegetables are tender. Uncover and add salt pepper, garlic powder, coriander, cumin and stir. Push the vegetables to the side of thre pan to add tuna. Cook tuna until done and stir everything and cover for a couple minutes. Serve the vegetables over the lentils. Stovetop Oats Combine 3/4 cup rolled oats and 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk in a small pot over high heat. When boiling, reduce heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally and watching to make sure it doesn't boil over. Once thick, stir in 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 mashed banana. Remove from heat and serve with any toppings. My favourites are peanut butter, strawberries and banana. 2. Baked Oatmeal Combine 1/2 cup oats, 1 mashed banana, cinnamon (optional), 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 cup almond milk. Place in a mini ramekin or other oven safe dish and bake for 25 minutes at 350F. Add any desired toppings, my favourites are strawberries and peanut butter with almond milk. 3. Lettuce Wraps Take a piece of Romaine Lettuce (or any lettuce with a large, flexible leaf) and fill it with brown rice/quinoa, smoked tofu/veggie beef cooked in hoisin sauce, sautéed bell peppers/carrots/zucchini/or any vegetables, sautéed onions and mushrooms, avocado and salsa, nutritional yeast or vegan cheese, hot sauce, and anything else of your choice. 2. Avo-Tomato Sandwich On two slices of bread/bagel, spread 1/2 a mashed avocado, a sprinkle of nutritional yeast and add some tomato slices. Optional things I like to add are spinach/lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, and ground flax seeds. 3. Homemade Sushi Quinoa Sushi: http://almondsandavocados.com/quinoa-sushi-need-i-say-more/ How to make Sushi without a Mat: http://minimalistbaker.com/how-to-make-sushi-without-a-mat/ Inside-Out Sushi: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOPTUkux1js 4. Quinoa Watermelon Salad http://www.annies-eats.com/2012/06/20/quinoa-salad-with-watermelon-and-feta/ ----- DINNER ----- 1. Spaghetti and "Meat" Balls Boil spaghetti pasta according to package instructions and set aside. In a pot, steam chopped broccoli until tender. Saute mushrooms, onions, and any other desired vegetables until cooked. Separately bake/saute bought "meat" balls. Optionally, you can bring saute all of this together in a large skillet with the tomato sauce to make a more uniform "meat" sauce, or it can just be dished into a bowl with the spaghetti with sauce over top. 2. Pesto Pasta In a dry skillet over medium-high heat, toast 1/2 cup of pine nuts until golden brown. Set aside. In a food processor, process two bunches of cilantro and 4 cloves of garlic. Once mixed, add in your toasted pine nuts, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, optional smoked paprika, and process until smooth. If it's too dry, add in some olive oil or water until it reaches your desired consistency. I love putting this over pasta (whole wheat, rice or zoodles) with avocado and nutritional yeast. 3. Veggie Burgers Prepare patty's according to package instructions, or make your own (http://minimalistbaker.com/easy-grillable-veggie-burgers/) I like to eat mine on a toasted whole wheat bun with hummus, avocado, tomato, any other veggies (spinach, lettuce, sprouts, mushrooms, etc), and nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor. 4. Spring Rolls Prepare angel hair or fettuccine rice noodles as per package instructions. Chop up bell pepper, cilantro, avocado, cucumber, mushrooms, smoked tofu, bean shoots, and shred some carrots. Soak your rice paper wrap in lukewarm water for about 10 seconds until soft, then fill with any fillings of your choice. Dip into peanut sauce. Peanut Sauce Recipe: In a food processor, process 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup tamari (soy sauce), 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar or other natural sweetener until smooth. Be sparse with soy sauce as it can be quite salty. An alt. spring roll recipe - http://minimalistbaker.com/vietnamese-spring-rolls-with-crispy-tofu/ 5. Chickpea Omelet Blend or hand mix 2/3 cup water, 1/3 cup chickpea flour, 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/8 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Pour it over a greased skillet over medium-high heat. Let it cook like you would a normal omelet, flipping when the edges are firm and there are bubbles. Once the other side is cooked, put it on a plate and fold over any fillings. I fill it with sauteed veggies (mushrooms, spinach, bell pepper and zucchini) and sprinkle on nutritional yeast.

Satiate your sweet cravings with this super easy, super yum and super healthy recipe! It is high in protein, contains all the essential fats and is loaded with antioxidants that are great for your skin and hair. The best part is that you can make them in a jiffy! #TastyThursday #SwasthRahoMastRaho Here is the entire Recipe Ingredients:  200 gms jaggery roughly chopped  ½ cup pistachios roasted  ½ cup almonds roasted  ½ cup sunflower seeds  ½ tsp. elaichi powder  1 tsp. saunf finely crushed  2 tbsp. white sesame seeds  ½ tsp. salt  1 tbsp. black sesame seeds for garnish Directions:  In a wok, over the medium flame, add jaggery and let it melt. Make sure there are no lumps.  Once the jaggery starts changing the color, add pistachios, almonds, sunflower seeds, elachi powder, saunf and mix well.  Then, add sesame seeds and mix.  Add salt and mix.  Shut the flame and immediately pour the mixture to the stainless-steel thali greased with ghee to avoid hardening the chikki.  With the help of spatula, spread over the thali, garnish with black sesame seeds.  Grease the knife with the ghee and mark so that it comes out easily once set.  Once set, serve and satiate your sweet cravings.
