Ingredients: For Dressing: 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil fresh coriander leaves - roughly chopped 3 cloves of garlic - finely minced 2 tsp dried oregano 3 tbsp lemon juice 3/4th tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp chilli flakes For Salad: 200 gms lettuce tomatoes - chopped corn 1/2 cup kidney beans - boiled 1 avocado spring onion Method: To make the dressing: - In a small glass, add the extra virgin olive oil, fresh coriander leaves, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon juice, cumin powder and chilli flakes and whisk all the ingredients well. Seafood Salad Recipe How To Make Seafood Salad Seafood Salad Place water in a pot over high heat and boil for 7-10 minutes Once water is hot/boiling add a tsp of oil and add 12 ounces or 3/4 of a 16 oz box of seashell noodles Add 2-3 eggs to the pot and allow them boil as well. **** You can boil the eggs in a separate pot if you want***** Boil eggs for 15 minutes, after 5 minutes add the shell noodles and cook for an additional 10 minutes Sit noodles and eggs aside and allow them to cool off GET A MIXING or SALAD BOWL........ Place the seashell noodles in the salad bowl Chop up the eggs and place the eggs into the bowl with the seashell noodles Add your 2 6 oz cans of Real Crab Meat Rinse off your 14 oz pack of imitation crab meat, 8 oz imitation lobster, and 10 oz pack of pre cooked shrimps Pull the skin off the tail of the shrimps, and chop up the imitation lobster and imitation crab meat into shredded pieces Then add the shrimp, imitation lobster, and imitation crab meat to the bowl too Chop up 1/2 white onion, 1/2 red onion, 1 stalk of celery into thin fine pieces Then add all of that to the bowl Give everything a nice stir Season the salad with 2 tsps of salt, 1 tbs of OLD BAY Seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp of seafood seasoning, 2 tsps of black pepper and blend in well Add 1 tbs of Yellow Mustard, 2 tbs of sweet relish, 1/2 cup of Miracle Whip, 1/2 cup of Mayo and blend in well If you need more add more later but just use these amounts at first And that's How To Make Seafood Salad

Ing: 3 cups coleslaw or thinly sliced cabbage 1 cup matchstick carrots 1 med sized orange bell pepper diced 1 can red kidney beans 1 can sweet corn 1 small mango diced 1/4 cup caesar salad 1/4 cup mayonnaise salt to taste 1/2 tsp black pepper pepper flakes (optional) per your taste 1/2 fresh lime squeezed Method: In a big bowl mix all the ingredients, pls make a note of washing all the canned veggies, toss the salad give it a taste test and enjoy!

Slice two tomatoes. De-seed and remove the soft pulp. Make small pieces of sliced tomatoes. 4. To a large empty bowl, add diced carrot, diced cucumber, diced onion, diced tomatoes (which we had kept aside), add tenderized sweet corn kernels, lemon juice, chopped coriander, salt and add black pepper powder. 5. Mix well. Vegetable Salad is ready.

ASIAN CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD Servings: 6 INGREDIENTS 2 chicken breasts Marinade 2 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil ½ teaspoon pepper ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 clove garlic, sliced 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped Dressing ¼ cup rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon sugar 1 clove garlic, grated 1 teaspoon ginger, grated Salad 2 romaine lettuce, chopped 1 cup red cabbage ½ cup carrots, grated ¼ cup green onions, chopped ¼ cup cilantro, chopped ¼ cup almond slices ¼ cup fried wonton chips PREPARATION In a large bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken into the bowl, coat the chicken, and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge. Fully cook chicken and cut into cubes. In a mason jar ,combine ingredients for the dressing. Shake and set aside. Prep the salad. Add all of the salad ingredients into a large bowl and add the cubed chicken and dressing. Toss and enjoy!
