(all in layers) 7 Add the diced boiled potatoes, add the mixed pepper, add some of the spring onions 8 Add some sardine chunks 9 Continue with all the ingredients in the layers nicely. 10 use your egg slicer to cut the egg and arrange the sliced eggs nicely on the very top as a garnish 11 Spread a generous amount of salad cream, mayonnaise, and thousand as desired. 12 Can be served with bread as a sandwich, bread, with jollof, rice etc. etc

Add pasta boil to al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain well, rinse with cold water, and drain again. Meanwhile, combine broccoli florets, bell peppers, and onion in a large bowl. Stir in cold pasta. Add Parmesan cheese and salad dressing and toss until uniformly combined. Place in a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Stir carefully before serving. STORAGE salad is best served immediately as it will get soggy as it sits. NOTES/TIPS dressing can be made a night or 2 ahead. can add sliced chicken breasts, ground pork or sliced steak to the salad as well.
