Serve with a drizzle of honey Enjoy! 2 BANANA PANCAKES Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS 2 large, ripe bananas 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon PREPARATION In a bowl, mash the bananas, and Mix in the egg, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour pancake batter on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side. Serve with a drizzle of honey Enjoy! 3 PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 tsp peanut butter 1/2 cup wheat flour ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoons baking powder 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips PREPARATION In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, and peanut butter. Set aside. combine flour, salt, and baking powder In a separate bowl. Pour wet mixture into dry, add chocolate, and mix thoroughly. Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side. Serve with a drizzle of honey Enjoy! 2 RASINS PANCAKES Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS ⅔ cup Greek yogurt ½ ripe banana ½ cup oats 45g 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 cup fresh rasins PREPARATION In a blender, blend everything besides the rasins. Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat, and place rasins on the pancake. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side. my banana pancakes were horrible! they didnt flip properly. but in the end, they tasted really good. next time, i want my pancakes to be almost perfect. because mine turned out looking like scrambled eggs XD

Great video, and I like how there’s no clickbait like so many other videos, plus there’s no blah blah blah just text and gets to the point quickly. I also like how there’s almost no editing so there’s no way that you could’ve changed the pancake because I’ve seen a lot of YouTube channels who do that

1 pancake is 100 calories. Avocados hold good fats for your body. Too much isn’t good for you. But for a single meal for breakfast 4 Avocado pancakes are an excellent meal for weight loss. You don’t need to add syrup or honey the bananas that are added will give it the right amount of sweetness :)

I only just found this channel and I love how the video is formatted. It shows the method without the whole talking bit at the start so it gets right to the point. It shows the calories and nutrition for each meal which is super helpful and has the recipes at the bottom which is perfect for someone like me who needs everything to be precise and to the point. Do you even realise how hard it is to have too high cholesterol. You’re body produce 18x the amount of cholesterol to regulate your body naturally of that of one egg. So stop reading internet bullshit and get a life

Eggs are perfectly okay to eat, they just shouldn’t be eaten by people with high cholesterol or too much of. But they are an excellent source of protein perfect for a snack or for the morning before a work out and before getting going for the day. I love eggs, but I don’t eat them every day, and my cholesterol levels are normal.
