A ridiculously simple ice cream recipe that is ridiculously delicious! This mango ice cream is done in a blitz (literally!) using only a blender and 3-4 simple ingredients. Trust me, you'll be amazed, as I was, at how good this ice cream is given how easy and quick it is to make! Now every time good sweet mango goes on sale I buy a whole bunch and freeze them just for this occasion! Just one note: mango makes up a very large proportion of this recipe so it's really important that you use good, ripe mango for this! Enjoy! Looks wonderful! I really appreciated all your clever details, such as: *using a metal container to assure optimal freezing *a spatula to remove most of the contents in the measuring cups * the paper on the refrigerator to fill in recipe details...and so much more! Pailin, I have 3 different Ninja/Blenders. The truth is that only two that I have will work with this delicious recipe. My Newest is the Ninja/Chef, The other is the Professional Ninja Kitchen series. What is the same about these two? Both are 2HP 1500 Watts! I have just finished making the ice cream 🍨 with both. Made this. Added some not very good strawberries and used my mesophilic yogurt that I drained to thicken. Everyone who had some *really* liked it (I have one child who hates mango so she didn't try any). The strawberry flavor was improved, the mango flavor was very good, and I found the honey flavor to be distinct but that isn't a problem and no one else mentioned it.
