Hi, for the onion/coconut paste can you use raw white onion and frozen coconut that has been thawed and blend together?, do you need to fry the onion first?

Really very good recipe :) and Love ur channel. But just a thought, I think the amount of veggies is less with respect to this heavy gravy. Will the same amount of masalas work with some more quantity of vegetables?

+shweta gupta Yes, you can add more veggies to the recipe if you want to.. I myself made it 4 times when experimenting, and 2 times there were way too much veggies than the gravy.. Then reduced the veggies from third attempt :)

You can fry all together, but fry paneer separately. Also dice in such a way it cooks evenly.. Heeng can be skipped. I have mentioned about the Tamarind in website.. You can use Tamarind pulp :)

Thanks.. :) Actually, I agree too! I do have 3 more recipes shot. As I shoot myself, this time when I was shooting these recipes that time the field monitor/tv where the live footage is seen conked off.. So had some issues with the focal length and other things.. Don't worry, I will get someone to see cameras from now & also will shoot wider :)
