All the people who are laughing and crying about butter, please do some research before you make someone look like a failure, And he did lose weight ,at least that should give you idea what it really did. Fat (/cholesterol ) has two varieties and butter, coconut oil, falls under good fat( its a huge topic to discuss )And yes sugar is not healthy and try avoiding it ()he did mention it already. What else you guys are asking for? At least when you don't know things try keeping your opinions to yourself instead of making yourself a joke. i make steel cut oats...they are the less processed of all oats. i put 1 cup steel cut oats in my pressure cooker with 1 1/2 c. water and 1/2 cup almond milk, along with a t. of pure vanilla or scraped vanilla beans. I also add 1 T. chai seeds and 1T flax meal . i also add a dry fruit like cranberries cherries or raisins sometimes just to change it up. i put it in my instant pot for 10 minutes and quick release. when it's done i add cinnamon or cloves or even nutmeg. it makes enough for my hubb'ys full week which I keep in a container in the icebox. every morning i take it out microwave for 1 minute then add nuts & real butter to it. my hubby loves it. it keeps him going all day until we have a late lunch or early dinner...oh and i always put aloe vera juice in his juice in the morning. he says it makes him feel good and energetic all day...hope this helps...

First off, if you are talking of weight loss, you have to cut carbs in any form, Granola is good but when you add honey or raisins, your are adding carbs in the form of Sugar. I know this sounds rude, but with the kind of world we live in, should you not do some research before you post? I am not sure you are a registered dietitian, but that is no reason not to do your due diligence. My 2 cents.

To enhance the taste we can add a little maple syrup instead of white sugar and avoid butter. I don’t roast the oats instead, I combine everything and put it in a tight jar, leave it in the refrigerator overnight & eat it next morning. His method definitely more tasty because there are sugar, butter and he roasted it.

If someone really wanna lose wait in ten days and is dedicated so try this .. Just Eat one or two hard boil egg with yolk in morning and drink water and take supplements throughout the day ....nothing else...i know its hard but it works ... I tried it for 10 days and lost 13 kgs .... also did exercise 2 times a day for 1 hour ... just give it a try.... if u don't want it that hard then take one cup of yogurt or eat a cucumber at night ... u can take half a cucumber in lunch too but i just ate two eggs one at morning and other at evening

You still have to burn the calerios off its not all about eating healthy even if it means going for walks or join a gym excersies is important in a healthy diet and the butter and sugar isnt much to the qaunity of the granola

This is exactly what I do, but i also add chia seeds after the mixture is roasted and i add hazelnuts, and few other nuts, quinoa and flax seed flour (while roasting, it's optional)...tastiest breakfast.....i add milk to this mixture at night and have it as breakfast next morning....

I did it! I did it!:) made it and ate it with curd today and plan to pour milk and eat it tomorrow. Man! It's so filling.
