1 Pkt of Nice biscuits
170 Grams ( 6 Ounces ) of unsalted butter
10-12 Grams ( .35 - .42 ounces ) of unflavoured gelatin

I did this recipe and it worked fantastic! The only changes I made were I doubled the amount of the middle layer (twice as much condensed milk and gelatin) as well as I added the juice of 1 lemon to the middle layer. Very delicious and simple thank you for uploading this video :D
