Saturated fats are very healthy for you. I usually just drink raw sunflour oil every morning, the rawer the better. It is a really healthy source of vitamin B-retard that everyone needs in order to stay healthy.

Purest source = raw.. raw chocolate
If you are going to eat chocolate you might as well eat the healthiest chocolate. I make smoothies with cocoa powder, peanut butter powder and frozen fruit. Very delicious and healthy!
