Bread ball banate samay aap apni hatheliyo se sahi pressure de, bahut jyada pressure se gulab jamun hard ho sakte hai aur bahut kam pressure se bread ball fry karte waqt fat sakte hai. 3.Fry karne se pahle oil ko achhi tarah garm hone de, jab oil acchi tarah se garm ho jaye to flame ko medium kar de uske baad hi bread ball to oil me daale. Deep fry naa kare, deep fry karne se gulab jamun bahut hard ho jayenge 4.Sugar syrup(chasni) me bread balls ko medium flame pe fry kare, chasni banate waqt dhayn rakiye ki wo bahut gadhi naa ho. Sorry to hear that, Thank you for trying my recipe, here are few things which you may try if missed in first attempt. 1. For medium size white bread you should use 1 tbsp of milk(boiled full cream milk) per bread, mash it properly, I suggest you to knead it for two minutes, then wash your hands before making bread balls. 2. While making bread balls, apply right pressure from inner side of your palm ( too much of pressure will lead to hard balls and too less pressure would mean that ball may break while frying). 3.Allow the oil to heat properly, ensure that flame is on medium before putting the bread balls in the oil, do not deep fry it (deep frying makes it hard). 4.Boil the bread balls in the sugar syrup on medium flame till it turns little soft. 5. Consume it hot, it turns a little hard after it gets cold. Hope it helps...Do let me know in case if need any clarification on any of the points I have mentioned above.....
