Try this rich, creamy and delicious Mango Falooda Kulfi which is not only tempting but at the same time, it is the best thing to prepare for summers. Do let us know your experience in the comments below.
1/2 Liter milk
4 tbsp milk powder
200 gms or 3/4 cup condensed milk
1 tbsp ghee roasted Sevai
1 tbsp subja
1/2 cup Mango pulp
In a pan add milk, and keep stirring it.
In a cup of milk powder add some milk and create a paste of it.
Add the milk powder paste to the boiled milk and mix them.
Let them boil for 10 minutes.
Add condensed milk and keep stirring for 10 minutes.
Add vermicelli and keep stirring and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Once the vermicelli is cooked, switch off the gas.
And once the mixture cools down add subja and mango pulp to it.
Mix them well and our kulfi mixture is ready.
Add a cherries inside the kulfi mold and fill the mixture.
Close the cap of the mold and keep it in a refrigerator for 5-7 hours.
Unmold the kulfi's and garnish it with subja and tutti fruttis.
Our Mango Falooda Kulfi is ready.
