Awesome vid =D Thanks! Can you give the ration of ginger to onion? I made a curry yesterday and I only taste the ginger (I've put waaay too much) :'(

ginger should be used in very less quantity. For 1 cup of chopped onions 1/2 tsp of grated ginger will be enough.
