I made these fluffy pancakes and they were delicious although I did tweak it a bit here's how.
When you're whipping up the egg whites, once it´s done whipping up slowly add 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. Then follow the remaining steps and once the batter is done, fold in another 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tsp salt. Although it says to not flip the pancakes i found it easier to flip it. Thanks!
