i love your channel and what you make looks delicious but when you try it your facte looks very weird and its like you didnt like the food you make i didnt say i didnt like its just can you plss stop making that face
Do you know if this can be tempered? Ie, brought up to 110F, then seeded with unmelted cacao butter or will the crystals fail to align because the cacao butter has not been previously tempered? If it won't work is there some other method for creating a tempered white chocolate at home? Thank you.
I'm curious why adding water-based vanilla extract doesn't turn the mixture into white chocolate ganache? Perhaps replacing the water-based vanilla extract with dry vanilla powder would get a better result (i.e. more even mixture)?
u have to use coco butter you bunch of retards I'm sick of hearing in the comments section "can i use normal butter" no you can't or it ain't chocolate anymore retards! duh its called coco butter for a reason!😤
