Looking for some plant-based inspiration? Want to see some easy and realistic healthy options? Check out this video where you will find 3 seasonal buddha bowl ideas! Thanks for watching - love T
Simply beautiful. What brings me back to your channel is the fact that you aren't trying to give someone life advice - about how they SHOULD eat, which vegan channels can be a bit annoying with that. You just make beautiful, and let that be that.
i have a love and hate relationship with watching your videos...i love and want to taste damn near every meal...and i hate that i can't without making it myself loll..but its all love!! keep on inspiring everyone to level up their meal game!!
I just stumbled across your channel while looking for food inspiration, and you've definately inspired me! I have a crazy urge to make a bunch of Buddha bowls right now, I'm not gona because it's almost midnight but tomorrow hopefully! :D Awesome videos, gona be dreaming of funky vegetables tonight :D
OMG Tish, I love you. Your food is always divine, seasonal and simple to make. I bought your ebook several weeks ago for my sister who is vegan and decided to buy one for myself too. While I’m not vegan, I’m working on changing my lifestyle to 80% plant based and 20% animal protein; I gave up dairy a year ago. I just love that you concentrate on delicious nutrient dense plant meals and are not trying to create vegan imitations of meals meat eaters consume. I just love your ‘Buddha’ bowls. I’m off grocery shopping tomorrow without a list and with a view to buying quality seasonal ingredients for the coming days. Thank you so much for the content you share on your channel. Much love.
Going to try the roasted chickpeas tonight.. be careful with Dijon mustard! If it contains wine vinegar, there’s a chance it can have casein (a milk protein), albumin (egg whites), gelatin (animal protein) and isinglass (fish bladder protein) in it as these are often used as filtering agents in wine. Just something I learned along the way that I never would have known otherwise! Thanks for sharing
Dear Tish, last night I had a mild heart attack because since I lost my job, I cannot restock my pantry. Unfortunately neighbors are not doing well in my community, well maybe those who sell drugs have all they need.
Pain in my left arm near my shoulder went from front to back and my head became extremely dizzy and this woke me up in the middle of the night.
Constant stress and a lack of nutrition is a bad combination.
I have a Thrive Market membership as a gift from them but cannot use it.
Thanks for reading.
Love your videoss always. Please next time when you are cooking the plantain show a video of how you cook it. I always struggle with the oil i use because i was taught to deep fry it which i think its just a waste of oil. I have tried baking it but they always get burnt
Fantastic video as usual. One thing that interests me (and this is not a criticism) is that it appears you are plant based apart from honey. I saw your tongue in cheek reply 'because i like it' to another person below. Maybe i am missing the point - wouldn''t your brand be so much stronger if you marketed it as totally plant based/vegan?
Hey, no tongue and cheek here. I use honey becasue I love it. I am an advocate of doing what feels best for your body. There are so many pressures to eat a certain way and tbh nobody really knows what’s best because we are all individuals and require different things at different phases of our lives. I prefer no labels. In terms of a stronger brand - I’d rather stay true to myself and cannot promote myself as vegan as that’s not what I am or advocate. Thanks for watching vid glad you enjoyed.
