Hi Stephanie I made these cookies this evening I chilled them in the fridge for 1 1/2 hrs. I followed you step by step to the letter but they spread out and were completely flat the centre was raw a total disaster I had to bin them . This has never happened to me before so I wonder could it be because of the large amount of sugar ?

Hi! I tried your cookies it was awesome !, thanks ! I have a doubt ? U told substitute for egg is milkmaid . Can u tell me the qty and should I take less amount of sugar? Pls reply early as I have to bake another eggless batch. Thank you!
Tried these twice today and failed both times gutted. I followed instructions to a T, they came out flat as a pancake both times even though I lowered temp on second attempt. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. X
Gemma Stafford Problem solved the mixture turned like yours after it’d been in the fridge 😄 however mine took ages baking in the oven for some reason like 25 mins or so I believe, they were still gooey in the inside though
