Hi Stephanie I made these cookies this evening I chilled them in the fridge for 1 1/2 hrs. I followed you step by step to the letter but they spread out and were completely flat the centre was raw a total disaster I had to bin them . This has never happened to me before so I wonder could it be because of the large amount of sugar ?

Hi Gemma, if i use a convection microwave oven, should i bake the cookies for 185©C in Convection mode? Or will there be any modifications in the temperature? And also, we don't need to preheat?

I made a chocolate in the inside and cookies&cream flavor on the outside cookie it was amazing, the colour outside was literally a cookie&cream and the inside was literally chocolate colour

You'd need 1 tablespoon ground flax seed + 3 tablespoon water per regular egg. This recipe calls for 2 large eggs, so 2 tablespoons flax and 6 tablespoons water.

Tried these twice today and failed both times gutted. I followed instructions to a T, they came out flat as a pancake both times even though I lowered temp on second attempt. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. X

Gemma Stafford Problem solved the mixture turned like yours after it’d been in the fridge 😄 however mine took ages baking in the oven for some reason like 25 mins or so I believe, they were still gooey in the inside though
