You can cook them in a toaster. So long as you half the recipe exactly, it should be fine - that would call for one egg. :)

Hi! Just make sure the oven is fully heated to the correct temperature before you put in any baked goods. That's what preheating is all about. :)

I've been looking for a good (or really great) cookie recipe for a while, and this one was AMAZING. I made mine with blueberries and cream cheese, and they taste like heaven. I also made one with sprinkles, it is just so good. The high temp for a short time is really important, btw. They were super soft inside.

I love this recipe! I whipped up a double batch and tossed in raisins, pecans, a touch of peanut butter, a dash of cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg.... I kept the dough in the frig for a week and baked them as we craved a “Fresh Baked Cookie) These were so delicious and baked up beautifully! This is going in my special recipe journal, thank you so much! Next I’ll be trying your bread, and muffin recipes.

Im a new baker and i always love your videos. I didnt know you have crazy cookie dough vid but i made different flavors out of the classic chocochip cookies which is somewhat the same as this recipe and one of my fave is matcha cookies topped with white and dark choco chunks. 💚
