Here's a recipe: Ingredients: choco chips, flavor of your choice.
Directions: pour as many choco chips as you want ( depending on the size you want of your choco ) in a bowl that can b microwaved. But it on microwave for 30 secs to 2 mins ( idk how long it takes to melt ) it must be completely melted, with NO bumpy chocolate. Make sure it is evenly round on the bottom of the bowl, and then put a napkin over it and stick it in the freezer and check it every 15 minutes it should be perfect hard.
I have my own variant
. Combine the following in a bowl
- 6 tbsp Cocoa butter (melted)
- 6 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
. Combine the following in another bowl
- 6 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 tbsp dry milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
. Combine the 2 mixtures
. Freeze for an hour or more
(I use a rectangular bowl because I have no molds)
For those of you watching this who don’t have time to google what he’s saying is
. 2/3 cup cocoa butter
. 2/3 cup powdered sugar
. 2/3 cup dry milk
. 2/3 cup cocoa powder
(I personally would spilt it between granulated sugar and powdered sugar because it looks cool but hey that’s just me)
Thank you for the video! I tried to make milk chocolate following your instructions, but somehow the milk powder wouldn't dissolve and the chocolate tasted grainy. Do you have any ideas what I can do to solve the problem?
