When I first saw the movie I thought the tomatoeswere meat cuts, which made me want the dish so bad, when it realized it was a veggie dish only I was kinda let down but know, I feel like if you were to just add it with salami cuts and keep the tomatoes it would become amazing.
Aaah, my mouth is watering. I love ratatouille and especially when it is made as confit byaldi (since it’s only veggies!). It reminds me a lot of my grandma’s beef tomato (it’s like a stew thing but with lot of veggies and made in a large pan (almost a wok))
Speaking of mandalins and thumb chunks. We bought a mandalin when I was young and my granfather wouldn't let me use it that night and said he would do it instead, ended up slicinga a bit of his thumb into our salad
Are you able to use only one type of vegetable to make it? I don't really like peppers but I really want to make this recipe with my mom, but.. Yeah, so can I use different vegetables other than peppers?
Can you make a CookBook? I would totally buy it. I'm making this tommorow (today is February 17, 2018. February 18 I will make it. ) and I, a 12 year old boy with (Lies) surprising amazing grammar and literature sensibilities, (ok, this is true. I am 12 and male in case you thought that was an actual lie from my joke) will TRY to make this. I will respond to my comment telling those who are curious how it went.
