I have always been that individual who feels the need to be ready for anything that comes my way. I was pondering about this when I tried out the survival guideline “suvo amazing guide” (Google it) and I saw simply how much it can help anyone survive challenging situations. As soon as I`ve done reading it, my worries were gone since I knew I was ready for any problem that may come.

I made the teriyaki stir fry. It was super good!
I cut the recipe in half as it was for dinner not a full week prep.
There was lots of sauce left after I took out the chicken so I emptied the pan a bit before putting in the veggies. Makes the ratio of salty soya sauce on the chicken to veggies a lot better
Hi, Awesome video, thank you so much.
I tried the same, on the 3rd day, even though the food was stored fine, it kinda was dull, should I add something while re-heating it, like Olive oil or lemon, to make it better?
can someone tell me how do you reheat those food from refrigerator ? are we going eat the food straight from the frigde, that's too cold :( ......i'm just learned meal prep recently but unfornately, i haven't start yet....need help, please
The meals when cooked hot must taste really good. but they include ingredients that taste horrible when you refrigerate and reheat them. for example, rice when cooked hot is good. try putting it in the fridge and reheating it. it loses that starchy texture. they become flaky and hard. same with the cold beans. they dry up and it feels like sand after a while.I don't know how chicken would taste, but I'm sure it's the same thing. I think it would be rubbery and I don't think that's what people who eat chicken would like. the biggest thing is no one would want to eat the same thing for four days straight too. these recipes in itself don't take really long to cook, so cook them fresh and rotate between them. good recipes, but make them fresh!
