Creamy butternut pasta bake
1 medium – large butternut squash
2 cm thumb ginger
Scotch bonnet (you choose quantity depending on the heat you like)
black pepper and sea salt
1.5 tbsp. onion powder
35 g soaked brazil nuts
400ml coconut milk (add more water to thin out if necessary)
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. paprika
4-6 garlic cloves
1 small leek
5 large brown mushrooms
1 tbsp dried or handful fresh sage
1tsp. dried thyme
1tbsp. dried oregano
black pepper and sea salt
coconut oil (for cooking)
300g pasta of choice

You are the definition of plant based. When I think about the term plant based, I automatically think of your food and how you literally come up with the most amazing dishes with only plants! There's no soy, no mock meats, nothing but straight up fruits and vegetables cooked with love and happiness. This looks delicious and I can't wait to try it out!
