can you do some vegan recipes? thx <3 u gemma
Christine Dunphy (9 days ago)
Sorry. Tuned in for the recipes not an ad. Gave up.
Gemma Stafford (8 days ago)
Hi Christine. Sponsors help us deliver free content to the community. Filming, editing, buying ingredients and equipment, testing new recipes, etc adds up to be quite an expense and I only partner with companies I am proud of. Without sponsors, we would struggle to continually bring free, quality content. Food for thought.

I tried making the coconut cookies today and they turned out amazing. I kept them in the oven a little longer so they became darker in colour and slightly caramelised too so i ditched the chocolate. Sure going to make these a lot more. Thanks!
Gemma Stafford (9 days ago)
I'm glad you like them! Thanks so much :)

Store all in an airtight container. The peanut butter cookies will keep for 3 days, the chocolate chip cookies will keep for 2, and the macaroons will keep for 4. :)
Lupa 444 (27 days ago)
Made the banana cookies!! No 1 liked them. They smelled sour too.
Lupa 444 (27 days ago)
I sure will sweety!!
Gemma Stafford (27 days ago)
Ah, I'm sorry to hear that Lupa. I'm puzzled why they smelled sour. You may want to give my best ever chocolate chip cookies a go instead - they're a richer cookie without banana.
Michael King (29 days ago)
Can you give the measurements please?
Michael King (28 days ago)
Gemma Stafford yes I know about the website lol. I guess it would just make it easier if you put the measurements quickly on your videos. But I will take a look thank you
Gemma Stafford (28 days ago)
Hi Michael! You can find the measurements on the recipe link in the description box and on BiggerBolderBaking.com. I don’t include measurements in my video as units change internationally and I’d like to avoid any confusion and exclusion. Plus, my website offers a better experience for reading recipes. 😊

Gemma Stafford (1 month ago)
I haven't tried it myself yet, Deepali so I can't give a microwave time. Give it a go and experiment if you can 🙂Thanks so much for being with us!
melis silem (1 month ago)
Let me spare someone my error in making these-I used all natural stir in the oil peanut butter, it was so loose I couldn't make fork indentations into it. Second batch added a little almond flour and chilled with high hopes-=flat as a pancake. I have a feeling that most store bought lines of PB have stabilizers in them that help them keep some lift.

You are my favorite!!!!! I love watching your videos so much positivity and love ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
The Smoke Screen (2 months ago)
so i made the peanut butter cookies, they turned out way bigger than i expected but was very happy with the turnout and it tasted amazing, i even made myself put some up for later so i could have more. these cookies were big and bold! a tip my sister gave me was to dip the fork in milk before pressing down to make that traditional peanut butter cookie shape

Gemma, I don't know if you'll see this and respond, but I hope that you will. I would very much love to make the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, however, one of my children has a sensitivity (not quite allergy) to bananas, so I'd rather not use those. You said that the banana takes the place of egg and butter, however, if I wanted to use egg and butter instead of bananas, how many of each would I need? Thanks so much. We JUST made the peanut butter cookies and are waiting for them to cool until we can eat them! :) Edit: they were amazing! Mine turned out a little crispy (probably didn't need that extra couple minutes I gave it) but still delicious. My younger son wants to do them again but mix in chocolate chips next time. :)
Kristina Benning (3 months ago)
Gemma, I'm looking for simple gluten free and sugar free recipes.
jbeargrr (3 months ago)
Those look great. I have to say, though, the chocolate doesn't dry. It's not wet. It's melted. As it cools, it hardens. People say that about melted wax, too. Wax also doesn't dry, but hardens. Regardless, now I want to make all these cookies. Thanks for the great recipes!

Are peanut butter cookies crunchy?

Alternative of eggs in this particular cookie?
Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
A three ingredient cookie, which does not have flour, will need something to bind it. I think I would try this: 1/2 quantity of white sugar, 1/2 brown sugar. 1 cup of ap flour, and a teaspoon of baking powder. This is really off the top of my head, but it may work for you, I think it is worth a shot! :)

I’ve made these before but I rolled the dough into little balls with my hands and when I smashed them down with fork I dipped it in milk first. They are truly delicious.
Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
That's lovely. You can always put some sugar on your fork too to add some extra sweetness.

Trillian Kent (3 months ago)
Wow... just made the chocolate cookie dough.. its chilling in the fridge right now, problem is I cant stop sneaking cookie dough tastes! This will be the best cookies ever!
Jay Jops (3 months ago)
Tried all of these and they're all so lovely! I used more condensed milk as my dessicated coconut needed more. Combined brown and white sugar for the peanut butter cookies oh they are so delicious. Thanks Gemma!! It's so convenient to offer these to guests and they won't believe how easy they were to make! 😍🤗

No added sugar? You do know chocolate is loaded with sugar right
Gemma Stafford (4 months ago)
Depends on the chocolate really! 72% cocoa solid chocolate will have about 150C in an ounce, some from fats. I suppose this is about moderation. It is also high in antioxidants, and makes us feel good. If it is a concern for people it is worth doing a little research :)

Anu Baldner (5 months ago)
Awesome cookies I just wish you there was less sugar in the peanut butter cookies Awesome video though!
Swiper Fox (5 months ago)
I made about 15 pcs of 3-ingredient oatmeal chocolate chip cookies ... but failed. 1) No Parchment paper, not readily available in stores near my home. Gotta use aluminum foil but the foil makes cookies' bottom... burn faster. 2) No chocolate chips in my stock but used instead were NIPS (candy-coated chocolates / smaller version of M&Ms chocolate) 3) I used Saba banana (short, bulky banana / primarily a banana mainly used for cooking). I don't think this type of banana has any effect on the cookies' consistency. Of course, I put oats here. I got burnt-bottom, lumpy, damp, hippy-multi-colored cookies. (the chocolates' colors dispersed in psychedelic ribbon patterns) After scraping off the burnt parts... Edible... Tastes weird though... but ok... (GOTTA LOVE WHAT YOU MAKE... BUT DON'T OFFER THEM TO OTHERS) LOL

In your last cookie, can I replace sugar with Honey?
Gemma Stafford (5 months ago)
(https://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/3-ingredient-oatmeal-chocolate-chip-cookies/) do you mean this one? You can generally replace sugar with honey in a cookie, honey is a liquid sugar really. Your baking time may change, so do keep an eye on it. There is no sugar in the oatmeal one, mashed banana binds and sweetens :)
Crazyyogirl (5 months ago)
What if we are allergic to banana? Can we use anything else?
Crazyyogirl (5 months ago)

Can i replace the coconut with coconutt powder..if yes then whats the ratio of it? Thanks!
Gemma Stafford (6 months ago)
I do not think so! coconut powder is a coconut milk powder, not a flour, or a dried coconut. I do not think it will work for you :)
