the pinacolada popsicle need a touch of coconut rum. :) But I guess it will have to be rum flavoring cause the alcohol will keep it from freezing right.

is there any Malaysians or Indonesians here? a question, do you guys actually drink coconut milk because usually it is used in cooking only right? Do not mind my grammar if it's wrong :)

What would you recommend pairing with licorice tea? Licorice has a natural sweetness to it. Would peach go well with it, or what other fruit?
Gemma Stafford (2 months ago)
You can really add whichever fruit you'd like to it, Dave! Ginger may work well :)

Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
I haven't given those a go yet but something to look into! :)
Noor Aladeebi (3 months ago)
Hey Gemma, I love your videos so much and they help me in the kitchen a lot, I just have a question and it's so important to me that you answer it. Is there any different between Powder whipping cream and Liquid whipping cream? And do we use each one in different recipes? I'm asking you this because in my country we only have the powder whipping cream available, so I really need you to answer me, or it'll be better if you made a video about it. 😘 Love you.
Noor Aladeebi (2 months ago)
Gemma Stafford thank you so much. 🙏😘
Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
Hi Noor! Great question. Powdered whipping cream will not work in my ice cream but will work in my no bake cheesecakes - it's a matter of consistency. When you add condensed milk to powdered whipping cream it deflates and turns back to liquid. Liquid whipping cream, when it is real dairy cream and found in the chill cabinet, is real cream, and this is what you would need for my ice cream. I hope this helps!
Shivani Greedharee (3 months ago)
Yummy
Hawk Leigh (3 months ago)
Beautiful Popsicles!! They look so yummy I can't wait to try them! And Congratulations on your appearance on Food Network as a guest judge! You were fantastic! <3
Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
Aw thanks so much for tuning in! :)
Maria Callous (3 months ago)
Such a good idea and so simple especially if you have children.  You can make it so simple with just juices.  Juice left from canned fruits and pineapple work well.  That juice and syrup can be used in coffee cakes too.
Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
Great thinking, Maria! :)
Tarika Dhaver (3 months ago)
Looking very good

Hi Gemma! Love these recipes. One question though, can you maybe make some cocktail inspired popsicles with alcohol to make at home? I know alcohol doesn't freeze easily but the store bought ones are so expensive :(
Gemma Stafford (3 months ago)
Feel free to spike these! They should have the same freezing time. Vodka will not freeze well, but rum will, especially when pureed in with the fruit. :)
Maraj Tessy (3 months ago)
i think they'll my fav Gem can't wait to try thanks G

When I was visiting with my best friend last summer she made lemonade using honey as the sweetener instead of sugar, and it was delicious. I suggested we try it as a popsicle and it was amazing! Perfect treat for a hot summer day. I can't wait to try some of your new flavors to help beat the Arizona heat this summer - and I am sure my dogs will enjoy your puppy popsicle flavors as well!
