Miguel - Come through and chill SwuM - Work ⭐️SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/tishwonders/ https://www.facebook.com/tishWonders/ ⭐️RECIPES CREAMY MUSHROOM RISOTTO (3-4 servings) 4-5 cremini mushrooms (approx. 1 ½ cup) 3 king oyster mushrooms (approx. 1 cup) 300g Arborio rice ¾ cup white wine ½ leek (approx. 2/3 cups) 2 shallots 5 garlic cloves 2 tbsp. dried sage ½ cup vegan cream 2 tbsp. coconut oil 1 ½ tbsp. vegan parmesan 900ml vegetable stock or 2 veg stock cubes in 900ml water handful fresh parsley black pepper & pink/ sea salt (to taste) Method Add ½ tbsp. coconut oil to a saucepan on a medium heat. Once melted add sliced cremini mushrooms, lower heat and stir until soft for a few minutes. Set aside. Add 1 tbsp. coconut oil to a shallow pan on a medium heat. Once melted add shallots, 4 garlic cloves and leeks. Continue stirring until golden. Add the Arborio rice to the pan and lightly toast for 1-2 minutes. Add the white wine and continue stirring. ½ cup at a time, slowly begin adding the warm vegetable broth (make sure broth is heated on a low heat in a saucepan beside the frying). Repeat this step whilst continuously stirring until all the broth is used and the rice is cooked (this will take approx. 20-25 minutes). Add the vegan parmesan and mix. Add the vegan cream, black pepper and salt (to taste) Fold in the cremini mushrooms and fresh parsley. Set aside. Heat ½ tbsp. coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat. Add 1 clove garlic and follow on by adding the oyster mushroom, stirring until they become a light golden colour. Serve! RAW CACAO CHEESECAKE Base/ Crust 1 cup almonds or hazelnuts (can combine the two) 1 cup soft pitted Medjool dates (approx. 12) ½ cup raw cacao powder 1 tbsp. coconut oil pinch sea salt Filling 2 ½ cups raw cashews 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup maple syrup pinch sea salt ¾ raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla powder Method Soak the raw cashews for 3-5 hours. Place all the base ingredients into a food processor. Process until a dough is formed. Place the base mixture into an 8” spring form pan pressing down the mixture evenly until flat. Place all the filling ingredients into food processor and process until smooth and transfer on top on the base. Spread the filling evenly in the spring form pan. Transfer the cheesecake to the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours. Remove 1 ½ hours before serving and place in the fridge to defrost. Remove the spring form pan edge and slice using a sharp knife. Serve!

These pancakes are super simple to make! They are super delicious too... Comment, share, like and subscribe and see you all soon. T ⭐️SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/tishwonders/ https://www.facebook.com/tishWonders/ ⭐️MUSIC: E Boi - Maga Bo remix FULL RECIPE: 1 cup oats ¼ cup spelt flour 1 tbsp. chia seed 2 tbsp. water 2 very ripe bananas 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp. unrefined sweetener 1 cup nut milk coconut oil (for cooking) DIRECTIONS: 1. Place chia seeds and water in a small bowl and mix together. Leave for 5 minutes. 2. After setting aside chia seeds for 5 minutes, place all ingredients (except coconut oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Heat 1 tbsp. coconut oil in a pan. Wait for pan to get very hot and make each pancake with approximately 2 tbsp. mixture. 4. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before flipping. Make sure both sides are golden brown and transfer to a plate. 5. Repeat steps to cook the pancakes and add more oil to the pan when necessary. 6. Add favourite toppings and enjoy!

T ⭐️SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/tishwonders/ https://www.facebook.com/tishWonders/ ⭐️MUSIC: Boubou - Road trip RECIPES: // COCONUT LENTIL CURRY \\ (4 servings) 1 tbsp. coconut oil 1 cup red lentils 1 tsp. fennel seeds 1tsp. cumin seeds 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. ginger powder ½ tsp. onion powder 1 ½ tsp. garam masala ¼ tsp. crushed chilli 1 tbsp. coconut palm sugar 10-12 fresh curry leaves 400ml full fat coconut milk handful fresh coriander Directions: 1. Heat oil on a low heat. Add the fennel and cumin seeds for 1 minute and stir. 2. Add the onions and garlic followed on by the turmeric, ginger powder, onion powder, garam masala, crushed chilli and salt. Cook until soft and then add the coconut palm sugar and fresh curry leaves. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes the pot. Add washed and rinsed lentils, coconut milk, and water. Cover pot and cook on a low-medium heat for approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the lentils are soft, stir in the chopped coriander. Serve as desired. // BUTTERBEAN & OLIVE TAGINE W/ SWEET COUS-COUS \\ (4 servings) 2 cups cooked butterbeans (lima beans) 1 ½ cup passata 2 red onions 7-8 cloves garlic 4 cm piece ginger (grated) 2 medium carrots 1 pepper ½ c pitted black olives (I used kalamata but any will work/ rinse if necessary) handful fresh coriander 1 ½ tbsp. coconut oil 1 ½ cups water 1 tbsp. coriander seed powder 1 tbsp. cumin seeds or powder 1 tsp. paprika ½ tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp cayenne (add more if you wish to) 1 1 /2 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tbsp. coconut palm sugar black pepper pink or sea salt Directions 1. Heat oil on a low heat. Add onions, ginger and garlic cooking and stirring for a few minutes. Add all spices herbs and sweetener of choice: coriander seed powder, cumin seeds, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne, dried parsley, salt, black pepper and coconut palm sugar continue cooking for 2 minutes on a low heat (making sure spice do not burn!). 2. Add the passata and stir, wait a few minutes for passata to heat up and add the chopped carrots, butterbeans (washed and rinsed if you use canned), chopped peppers, black olives and water to cook everything. Mix everything in the pot and turn the heat up very slightly. 3. Cover the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes occasionally stirring to ensure you don’t scorch the bottom of the pot. Once the carrots are softened (ideally they will still have a crunch) add the fresh coriander and fresh lemon juice. //COUS COUS\\ (4 servings) 1 ½ cups cous cous 2 cups piping hot water 1 tbsp. dried parsley sea salt black pepper ¼ cup raisins olive oil Directions: 1. Add dried cous cous, dried parsley, sea salt, black pepper, raisins to a medium bowl. Pour over the boiling hot water and cover immediately. Leave for 15 minutes. 2. Remove the cover from the bowl and fluff the cous cous up with a folk. Pour over a little olive oil and serve with butterbean dish.

In this Indonesian street food tour of Bali, I’m taking you to 6 street food stalls / restaurants in a row, for serious food lovers! Warung Nasi Bali Men Weti - Some consider this legendary stall, right along the ocean to be the best Balinese local street food spot in Denpasar, Bali, and after eating it, there’s absolutely no room for argument. The plate of food you’ll be served is nothing short of spectacular, full of Balinese flavor. Price - 25,000 IDR ($1.83) per plate Warung Mak Beng - Known for their fried fish set, Warung Mak Beng is another legendary Balinese restaurant. Their fish was amazing, both the fish head soup and the fried fish, and not forgetting their amazing sambal. Another must eat when you’re in Bali. Price - 45,000 IDR ($3.29) per set Sate Plecing Arjuna - This is a place you come to eat sate plecing, a type of Indonesian street food sate that’s covered in a shrimp paste chili sambal. They were incredibly delicious as well, especially the samel. Total price - 68,000 IDR ($4.98) Sate Babi Bawah Pohon - In Bali, pork is very common, and this is probably one of the most well known Indonesian street food stalls in all of Bali. For me the pork sate was a little on the sweet side, however it was still pretty tasty. Price - 25,000 IDR ($1.83) Babi Guling Pak Dobiel - When it comes to Balinese food, there’s nothing more famous to try than babi guling, Balinese style roast pig served with all the side dishes. It’s spectacular combination and you’ll find dozens of restaurants serving babi guling. In this Balinese food tour I went to Babi Guling Pak Dobiel, and it’s the best plate of babi guling I had in Bali. Total price - 100,000 IDR ($7.32) for 2 Warung Kintamani - Ubud - Finally, to finish off this Balinese food tour, we headed back to Ubud and Made, took me to eat mujair nyatnyat, tilapia in a curry sauce. It was awesome delicious, a perfect way to end this Indonesian street food tour of Bali. Check out a week of vegan dinners I made after work! When I get home, I'm usually starving. Although I love to cook, when I'm hungry, tired, and lazy, I want a dinner that has minimal prep work, but is still healthy and delicious. These easy dinner recipes are budget friendly, fast, and perfect for late nights after work or school. Our favorites are the gnocchi and white chili! 15 Minute Vegan Recipes - Spinach + Mushroom Gnocchi - 1 cup frozen spinach - package pre sliced mushrooms - package of vegan gnocchi - 1 tbsp flour (to thicken) - 1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk - 1 tbsp vegan butter - shallot, minced - garlic, minced - 1 tsp dry thyme - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast - s&p 1. Boil a large pot of water. 2. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions. 3. Heat a large nonstick pan on medium high heat. Add a splash of water along with onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Add mushrooms, thyme, and pinch of salt and pepper. Cook additional 2 minutes. 5. Add frozen spinach, flour, and plant milk along with another pinch of s&p. Stir. 6. Add cooked gnocchi to the pan along with nutritional yeast and stir. Serve in bowls and enjoy! Hoisin Peanut Lime Green Bean Stir Fry - 2 servings cooked rice (we used quick brown rice) - 1/4 block tofu - 1/2 tsp turmeric - salt + pepper - 2 cups frozen green beans - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce - 2 tbsp hoisin sauce - 1/2 - 1 tbsp peanut butter (depending on how peanutty you like it!) - juice of 1/2 lime - pinch red pepper flakes 1. Cook rice and set aside in two serving bowls. 2. In a non stick pan on medium heat, cook tofu until water is evaporated, breaking up with a spoon. 3. Add turmeric, pinch of salt and pepper, and green beans to the pan. 4. Stir, cook for 3-5 minutes until green beans are warmed through. 5. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl to make the sauce. 6. Pour sauce over green bean mixture. 7. Spoon green bean stir fry over rice and enjoy! One Pot “Meaty” Rotini - 8 oz rotini pasta (we used gluten free chickpea pasta) - 2/3 can tomato sauce (I used no salt added) - 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup - 1/2 cup TVP, rehydrated - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast - 1 tsp each dry parsley and basil (or italian herbs) - 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1. Cook pasta according to package directions 2. Drain cooked pasta, leaving a small amount of water at the bottom to thicken the sauce. 3. Add remaining ingredients to the pot and stir to combine, over low heat. 4. Serve with a side salad and enjoy! Quick White Chili - 1 onion, chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed - 1 cup frozen corn - 1 cup frozen green peppers - 1 tsp cumin - 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano - 1 jar of salsa verde - 1 vegetarian, no-chicken stock cube, or 3 cups no chicken or vegetable broth - 3 cups water (or broth) - lime, tortilla chips, cilantro (optional toppings) 1. Heat a soup pot over medium heat. 2. Add a splash of water or oil, and add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes 3. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for 10 minutes 4. Taste for seasoning. Most broths and broth cubes have plenty of salt, so I did not add any, but you may want more.
