Be sure to tag me if you try any of the recipes in this video. ⭐️PLANT-BASED 45+ RECIPE E-BOOK http://www.tishwonders.co.uk/ebook ⭐️SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/tishwonders/ https://www.facebook.com/tishWonders/ ⭐️MUSIC: Jo Def - Body Call Swum - Hydrate RECIPES: Lentil moussaka 1 cup brown lentils (soaked) 7 garlic cloves 3 onions 2 medium aubergines 6 small potatoes 1 tbsp. sweetener ½ tbsp. dried thyme ½ tbsp. dried oregano 1 tbsp. dried basil 1 tsp. garlic powder pinch cayenne 1/2 cup water black pepper + sea salt (to taste) olive oil Cashew cheese: 200g cashews (soaked) 1 x lemon (juice) 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp paprika ¾ cup water Black bean chilli 3 white onions 8 garlic cloves 2 tinned black beans 250g mushrooms 1 red pepper 400g passata 1 lime (juice) ½ tsp. berbere 1 tbsp. garlic powder ½ tbsp. cumin powder 1 tbsp. dried oregano 1 tsp. paprika ½ tsp. smoked paprika ½ tbsp. dried thyme 1.5 tbsp. sweetener 1 bay leaf 1 lime (juice) handful fresh coriander ½ - ¾ cups water (to cook)

Miguel - Come through and chill SwuM - Work ⭐️SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/tishwonders/ https://www.facebook.com/tishWonders/ ⭐️RECIPES CREAMY MUSHROOM RISOTTO (3-4 servings) 4-5 cremini mushrooms (approx. 1 ½ cup) 3 king oyster mushrooms (approx. 1 cup) 300g Arborio rice ¾ cup white wine ½ leek (approx. 2/3 cups) 2 shallots 5 garlic cloves 2 tbsp. dried sage ½ cup vegan cream 2 tbsp. coconut oil 1 ½ tbsp. vegan parmesan 900ml vegetable stock or 2 veg stock cubes in 900ml water handful fresh parsley black pepper & pink/ sea salt (to taste) Method Add ½ tbsp. coconut oil to a saucepan on a medium heat. Once melted add sliced cremini mushrooms, lower heat and stir until soft for a few minutes. Set aside. Add 1 tbsp. coconut oil to a shallow pan on a medium heat. Once melted add shallots, 4 garlic cloves and leeks. Continue stirring until golden. Add the Arborio rice to the pan and lightly toast for 1-2 minutes. Add the white wine and continue stirring. ½ cup at a time, slowly begin adding the warm vegetable broth (make sure broth is heated on a low heat in a saucepan beside the frying). Repeat this step whilst continuously stirring until all the broth is used and the rice is cooked (this will take approx. 20-25 minutes). Add the vegan parmesan and mix. Add the vegan cream, black pepper and salt (to taste) Fold in the cremini mushrooms and fresh parsley. Set aside. Heat ½ tbsp. coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat. Add 1 clove garlic and follow on by adding the oyster mushroom, stirring until they become a light golden colour. Serve! RAW CACAO CHEESECAKE Base/ Crust 1 cup almonds or hazelnuts (can combine the two) 1 cup soft pitted Medjool dates (approx. 12) ½ cup raw cacao powder 1 tbsp. coconut oil pinch sea salt Filling 2 ½ cups raw cashews 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup maple syrup pinch sea salt ¾ raw cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla powder Method Soak the raw cashews for 3-5 hours. Place all the base ingredients into a food processor. Process until a dough is formed. Place the base mixture into an 8” spring form pan pressing down the mixture evenly until flat. Place all the filling ingredients into food processor and process until smooth and transfer on top on the base. Spread the filling evenly in the spring form pan. Transfer the cheesecake to the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours. Remove 1 ½ hours before serving and place in the fridge to defrost. Remove the spring form pan edge and slice using a sharp knife. Serve!

Pierce sweet potato and place in a hot oven (220C / 430F) for 50 minutes or until soft. Add amaranth to a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, decrease heat to low, cover saucepan and simmer for 20-25 minutes, making sure you stir often to avoid scorching the bottom. Once amaranth is cooked set aside. Remove sweet potato from oven once cooked. Scoop out the sweet potato flesh and add to a blender followed by the coconut milk, soaked inca berries, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend until smooth. Add to the saucepan of cooked amaranth and gently heat mixing the sweet potato puree in. Heat and serve in serving bowls. //BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL (serves 1)\\ ¾ cup frozen berries ¾ cup nut milk or water 2 bananas 2-3 pitted medjool dates 15g inSpiral freeze dried strawberries 1 tsp. inSpiral green mix small handful spinach ¼ avocado (optional for extra thickness) Directions Place all ingredients in a high speed blended. Blend until smooth. This recipe was shared with me from a young male friend our family made while living in Hawaii. His method was to place potato wedges and a bunch of spices into a garbage bag and toss it around until the wedges were well coated and then bake them. I no longer use the garbage bag but have opted for a bit safer ziplock bag. Part of the name also comes from the amount of seasonings that go on these puppies. It is just about any or all the spices in your spice rack and they can be altered to your taste. The ones I have listed are the ones our family has become partial to. Hope you enjoy them as much as our family does. I enjoy eating them with spicy mustard but my kids and hubby usually stick to good old ketchup and sometimes BBQ sauce. Heat oil on a low heat. Add the fennel and cumin seeds for 1 minute and stir. 2. Add the onions and garlic followed on by the turmeric, ginger powder, onion powder, garam masala, crushed chilli and salt. Cook until soft and then add the coconut palm sugar and fresh curry leaves. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes the pot. Add washed and rinsed lentils, coconut milk, and water. Cover pot and cook on a low-medium heat for approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the lentils are soft, stir in the chopped coriander. Serve as desired. // BUTTERBEAN & OLIVE TAGINE W/ SWEET COUS-COUS \\ (4 servings) 2 cups cooked butterbeans (lima beans) 1 ½ cup passata 2 red onions 7-8 cloves garlic 4 cm piece ginger (grated) 2 medium carrots 1 pepper ½ c pitted black olives (I used kalamata but any will work/ rinse if necessary) handful fresh coriander 1 ½ tbsp. coconut oil 1 ½ cups water 1 tbsp. coriander seed powder 1 tbsp. cumin seeds or powder 1 tsp. paprika ½ tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp cayenne (add more if you wish to) 1 1 /2 tbsp. dried parsley 1 tbsp. coconut palm sugar black pepper pink or sea salt Directions 1. Heat oil on a low heat. Add onions, ginger and garlic cooking and stirring for a few minutes. Add all spices herbs and sweetener of choice: coriander seed powder, cumin seeds, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne, dried parsley, salt, black pepper and coconut palm sugar continue cooking for 2 minutes on a low heat (making sure spice do not burn!). 2. Add the passata and stir, wait a few minutes for passata to heat up and add the chopped carrots, butterbeans (washed and rinsed if you use canned), chopped peppers, black olives and water to cook everything. Mix everything in the pot and turn the heat up very slightly. 3. Cover the pot and cook for 15-20 minutes occasionally stirring to ensure you don’t scorch the bottom of the pot. Once the carrots are softened (ideally they will still have a crunch) add the fresh coriander and fresh lemon juice. //COUS COUS\\ (4 servings) 1 ½ cups cous cous 2 cups piping hot water 1 tbsp. dried parsley sea salt black pepper ¼ cup raisins olive oil Directions: 1. Add dried cous cous, dried parsley, sea salt, black pepper, raisins to a medium bowl. Pour over the boiling hot water and cover immediately. Leave for 15 minutes. 2. Remove the cover from the bowl and fluff the cous cous up with a folk. Pour over a little olive oil and serve with butterbean dish.

T ⭐️SOCIAL MEDIA: https://www.instagram.com/tishwonders/ https://www.facebook.com/tishWonders/ ⭐️MUSIC: E Boi - Maga Bo remix FULL RECIPE: 1 cup oats ¼ cup spelt flour 1 tbsp. chia seed 2 tbsp. water 2 very ripe bananas 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp. unrefined sweetener 1 cup nut milk coconut oil (for cooking) DIRECTIONS: 1. Place chia seeds and water in a small bowl and mix together. Leave for 5 minutes. 2. After setting aside chia seeds for 5 minutes, place all ingredients (except coconut oil) in a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Heat 1 tbsp. coconut oil in a pan. Wait for pan to get very hot and make each pancake with approximately 2 tbsp. mixture. 4. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before flipping. Make sure both sides are golden brown and transfer to a plate. 5. Repeat steps to cook the pancakes and add more oil to the pan when necessary. 6. Add favourite toppings and enjoy!

Here is what you'll need! Salmon Dinner For Two Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS Garlic Smashed Potatoes 12-14 baby gold potatoes 2 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 3 cloves garlic Herb Crusted Salmon 5 cloves garlic ¼ cup parsley 2 tablespoons chives 2 tablespoons dill ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ cup lemon juice Chocolate Peanut Butter Skillet Brownie ¾ cup brownie mix prepared 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 egg 1 tablespoon water ⅓ cup peanut butter PREPARATION Garlic Smashed Potatoes 1. Boil potatoes in a medium pot for 15-20 minutes or until tender. 2. Place boiled potatoes on a parchment covered oven tray and smash each potato down leaving the skin intact. 3. Mix melted butter, garlic, salt and pepper and brush mixture onto potatoes. 4. Bake at 425˚F/220˚C for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. 5. Garnish with thyme. 6. Enjoy! Herb Crusted Salmon 1. In a small bowl combine parsley, chives, dill, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. 2. Place salmon and desired vegetable on parchment covered oven tray. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with salt and pepper. 4. Spoon herb mix onto salmon fillets and coat evenly. 5. Bake at 425˚F/220˚C for 12-14 minutes. 6. Enjoy! Chocolate Peanut Butter Skillet Brownie 1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water, and an egg and stir until evenly mixed. 2. Transfer mix into skillet. 3. Spoon softened peanut butter into skillet and mix in using a knife. 4. Bake at 350˚F for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick comes out of the brownie clear. 5. If desired, garnish with ice cream. 6. Tomato Basil Bruschetta Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS 1 6-inch baguette ¼ cup olive oil 3 medium tomatoes, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon basil, chopped ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 clove garlic, whole PREPARATION Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C. Slice the baguette into ½-inch rounds and place on a baking sheet. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil. Bake for for 6 minutes until slightly crispy. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Rub the garlic into one side of the baguette slices, then spoon the tomato mixture evenly across the slices. Serve! Garlic Bacon Shrimp Alfredo Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS 6 slices bacon, chopped 1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper ½ onion, diced 1 medium tomato, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups heavy cream 1 pound fettuccine, cooked 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated ½ parsley, chopped PREPARATION Cook the bacon in a large pot until crispy. Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper, cooking until the shrimp is pink throughout. Remove the shrimp and bacon. Add the onions, tomatoes, and garlic, cooking until the garlic is slightly starting to brown. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Toss in the fettuccine with the shrimp, bacon, parmesan cheese, and parsley, stirring until the cheese has completely melted and the sauce coats the shrimp and pasta nicely. Serve! Chocolate Mousse Servings: 2 INGREDIENTS 1 cup heavy cream 3 tablespoons sugar 2 ounces chocolate, broken into small pieces ¼ cup heavy cream, hot 6 raspberries, to garnish 2 sprigs of mint, to garnish 2 tube cookies, to garnish PREPARATION In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and the sugar, beating with an electric mixer until soft peaks form when lifted from the bowl. Set aside two large spoonfuls of the whipped cream to garnish with at the end. Whisk the chocolate and hot cream in a separate bowl until smooth, then fold in the mixture into the cream with a spatula until no streaks remain. Split the chocolate cream mixture evenly between two martini glasses or your serving dish of choice, then chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with a spoonful of whipped cream, raspberries, mint, and the chocolate cookie. Serve immediately! Editor’s note: In order to have everything cooked and served at the perfect time, start by preparing the mousse first, then letting it chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Next, prepare the bruschetta but do not place the tomato mixture on top of the bread slices until ready to serve as having them sit will make the bread soggy. Prepare the pasta and serve immediately alongside the finished bruschetta, and take out the mousse from the fridge when ready to serve dessert!
