Milk - ¾ cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Maida - 2 ½ cups
Water to apply on naan
Butter to apply on top of naans

Hey, I have used this recipe about 4 time and lastly I made garlic naan using same recipe. can you please change the recipe to 1 cup of milk from 3/4 cup as it is just not enough and makes out stiff dough and adding milk later is not so same as you add in together.Thanks
Hey Yaman, Tried these naans twice..turned out very good..super easy and even after cooking in the noon could reheat and eat at night without any chewiness or rubberiness..awesome!! BTW can we prepare the dough a day in advance?
