Oh mah lord thank you so much for brightening up my day! I have celiac disease meaning gluten is really really not good for me. I tried to find foods that tasted good but none of them did. And surprisingly these all tasted extremely well thank you so much ☺️!

I'm not sure what kind of bread she uses but there's a brand called udi's that sells gluten free bread. A bit pricey though, depending on where you buy it but I mean hey, most gluten free bread is a little expensive lol. They usually have a variety offered in the frozen aisle of most grocery stores though! :)
I'm just starting out eating healthy! I went food shopping and purchased a bunch of veggies and have no idea how I'm going to make them😩😩.. I made a veggie burger and it didn't come out good at all. Do u have any advice for someone who's transitioning?
ByFelicia lol yes smoothies are good. I'm going this route because I need a boost because I have gained so much weight and before it was nothing to drop the 20 extra pounds but now I need to loose 60 pounds 😔😔.. thank u for the advice 😘
mmmm, I love me some smoothies! just make sure you get enough calories & nutrients if you're choosing to do a smoothie cleanse. Add peanut/almond butter to up the calories and greens like kale or spinach to add more nutrients (you usually can't taste them in smoothies)
ByFelicia thank you!! I will do that!! But I think I'm going to only do smoothies for the next 30 days because I am trying to loose weight but I believe that spices would make a huge difference so that's what I'll do ☺️☺️
I'd say the first place to start is to load up on SPICES. When I first transitioned all my food tasted so bland so I went to my nearest bulk barn and bought tons and tons to load up in my food, made a WORLD of difference!
I love that I always already have everything on hand for whatever dish of yours I want to make. Today those banana and buckwheat pancakes are going down. Also I have to tell you about my most adored oil that is rivaling my love for olive oil. Macadamia oil. It is stable at high temperatures and comes from cold pressed macadamia nuts so full of healthy fats. It has a mild nutty flavour but not overpowering. It's perfect drizzled on salads, for toasting granola or wok cooking. Quite possible it could be pricey around the world as its native to Australia but still quite an expensive nut to produce. Would also love to see some black eyed bean recipes in the future. Tonight I'm making a black eyed bean stew with spicy pumpkin. It's an old Linda McCartney recipe and always a winner. Everything looks so good, I have to make these, it comes in handy for me, I been trying to figure out what to make, now that I'm eating plant base now, I haven't even ate no meat and staying away from dairy as while! It has been about a month now, I have to keep going, my health is very important, thank you so much!
