Pro tips from someone that eats chocolate banana "icecream" almost every day:
-you don't have to use real chocolate like them, mix some dark chocolate powder into water instead
-let your bananas get waaaaaay more ripe. Like almost banana bread ready. It's sweeter and better for your digestion.
-cut and freeze your bananas first. A frozen banana is sweeter, more convenient, tastes less like bananas and you can eat your ice cream right out of the blender or food processor
I made the peanutbutter cups and they are *SO* good. A nice tip for anyone whose going to make these too, I put 6 peanuts on the peanutbutter layer for each cup and it made them that much better. :P
Edit : Another thing, I didn't use vanilla cuz mama always said "don't use vanilla, it overpowers the desert" and she was so right. Yum!
Take a banana and any chocolate bar. Take the peel of from one side of the bannana and push the chocolate bar (in pieces) in to the banana, wrap in tinfoil and but 200C oven for maybe 10min, until the banana has soften. Theres no easier and tastier snack.
