Yaman, you’re doing fabulous job. For this recipe I think the measurement is not accurate. You mention 6/7 cup of rice which doesn’t look like in your video. It will be easier for us to follow and make delicious recipes if you post accurate measures. I would recommend use a cup measure set. Thank you and god bless you!

Biryani is obviously bit on spicier side. And, you need to add less veggies, more rice, that balances the spiciness
