Mars bars and doughnuts are a great way to obesity and cardiovascular disease. Keep it up if thats what you want - think of all the refined flour AND sugar, trans fat, and chocolate combined and THEN fried in fatty oils - mind you there may be some nutritional value from the added milk and eggs and if any of the flavorings are reasonable quality it is partially excusable eventually at some point - still all the calories and that Im not sure.
When we deep fry them we use ordinary fish batter that is not sweet, so the result is better. You will find the batter is more crispy and lightly browned and the mars bar is melted more evenly as the fish batter is a bit thicker and it gives the mars bar more time to melt evenly. Also bounty bars are great too deep fried.
Ok get a large contaner then get any type of bread yoi want to use then get 4. Eggs 2 tea spoons of cinnamon get a one half of a cup of skim milk , regularmilk ,low fat milk or original milk. Then mix the ingredients together except for the bread. Mix it in for 1 minute or2 so it can be a liquid next get the bread and then dip the bread I n to the liquid you made with dip the bread in there for 10 seconds and then use a pan or a flat pan then take the bread out then cook for6 mins. On the back and front and when there done you could put syrup on it then you may enjoy it ill try to find another recipe for you to try go by; D
