Out of time to make some food for lunch or dinner? Here's some Vegetable Pulao , gets ready in 15 mins with actually just about 2-3 mins of your active time.. Which means you can cook something else in that precious remaining time like a 5 min paneer sabzi from scratch? Perfect to pack in the lunch, or to have in dinner when you're back from a event and no time to cook! This Microwave Veg Pulav Recipe is easy to make, quick to stir up and ofcourse simple! But with the taste of Indian-Comfort-Food! :) Make sure you try this Gajar Matar Corn Beans Pulao and let me know how it goes :)

so according to recipe it will take 35 mins(10 mins for soaking the rice,1min for vegetables to cook, cooking it in the microwave for 14mins and other 10 mins for keeping it in the microwave after being microwaved) instead of 15 mins you moron!!!stop fooling people
ok ok forget the 10 mins of soaking in water....but 10 mins of keeping it in the microwave is technically cooking because the rice are still hot and steam is still locked in the bowl and hence the rice and the vegetables are still being cooked and are cooling down and that is why the rice puff up and are so separate...and as far as the title goes "vegetable pulao in 15 mins" in 15 mins not cooked in 15 mins and even in description he has said "gets ready in 15 mins with actually just about 2-3 mins of your active time
"gets ready in 15 mins, such a big liar it will become ready in at least 35mins...
